This is a lovely apartment in an outstanding location. We arrived early from returning our rental car. The host was there to assist us with storing our luggage while the apartment was being cleaned. Once the apartment was ready (ahead of the regular check-in time) the host assisted us with the luggage, provided full details on access to the apartment and also gave some great sightseeing trips. The apartment offers everything that you might need for a city visit.

Only a few minor problems, we could not hook up to the internet for the first 24 hrs, but that sorted it self the second day and despite having a washing machine, there was no washing powder so bring your own.

The property was very well located on Princes Wharf with stunning views across the harbour and the marina. you could lay in bed, slide back the screen and watch the city come alive as the sun came up. We chose to park just outside the building in metered parking that was reasonably priced from 4 PM to 8 AM, and then we were in the car all day sight seeing. Of all the accommodation on the wharf, this was one of the few that had a balcony and the could not be blocked out by cruise ships as they did not dock on this side. An easy walk to the shopping district and many nearby restaurants to choose from. Great location for an early walk about the marina to see the many large and impressive motor cruisers and yachts. A great place to stay.

The sofas are aged and sit very low to the floor. We found it difficult to get comfortable but fortunately stayed busy so was not a huge issue. The porch was very hot and sunny in the evening and if it rains, the porch is not usable.

The location was amazing, right next to the ferry terminal and close to most things we wished to visit. The view was good and the patio was great for use in the morning. The kitchen was nicely stocked if you wish to do cooking and the grocery store was an easy ten minute walk.

Excellent location, convenient to ferry, good waterside restaurants, museum, tower, and other attractions. Made own breakfast and coffee provided.

What a fantastic clean and comfortable apartment. Trevor and Judy very quick to respond to messages. The sunset view was stunning. Perfectly situated for shopping and food.

The landlord is super nice. Our fight arrived the apartment after 1am. The wait for us so late and gave us the key and very nicely explain everything to us. The location is perfect, great view and also very quite.

It isn’t a deal breaking issue but the washing machine and dryer are a bit archaic. Not too sure why the top loading washer seems to be so popular in America and New Zealand as it tends to knot up the clothes in a tangled mess. The dryer door had a problem which the owner has been notified about.

Beautiful modern and comfortable apartment with a large furnished balcony and great views across the water, right in the heart of waterfront bars and restaurants. Really appreciated the provision of tea, coffee, milk and cereals for breakfast as we arrived early evening and might not have been able to get supplies. The host was good at keeping in touch with regards to handing over the keys and helpful with information once we got there.

The apartment is well located in the Viaduct and has a wonderful water view. The apartment is well set up for a very comfortable stay, either long or short. Our hosts were really helpful and informative. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is a little tired but the price reflected that and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Parking out front was convenient but set us back $56 AUD per night. However the difference is probably not much if parking elsewhere or finding and messing around street parking, be sure to budget this in budget conscious travellers!

Perfect size and cozy for a couple. Our last night in Auckland and we cooked a nice meal. View is beautiful and the apartment was lovely. You are just a step away from the heart of Auckland, shops and great eatery's. Plus the ferries are all near you as well.
