Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

New ZealandWe had problems with the hot water system but they got onto maintenance straight away and it was fixed. It happened 2 days in a row though. They offered us another room just to shower in if the water wasnt fixed so happy with the service provided. It would be good if they had more pillows as one each wasnt enough really.

New ZealandRoom was cold on arrival, knowing what time we were coming the heat pump could have been turned on before we got there. Lack of extra blankets and pillows in the unit and only being available on request during certain hours. Having to pay extra bond on arrival that was refunded on leaving... this was not expected or explained when booking, never had to do this anywhere else before.

New ZealandOnly thing l didn’t like was the shower did not have a shower door so the water splashed on the floor some onto the toilet and it made the floor very slippery so we had to put bigger towels down between toilet and the shower. That was the only downfall was shower had no door no soap otherwise everything was good.
