Beautiful place to stay, the grounds were immaculate, the room was very spacious with everything we needed plus more. The bed was very comfy and the continental breakfast was lovely. Located not too far from Hanmer township but felt like you were in your own wee slice of paradise. So peaceful and quiet. We even got to see the stunning aurora. Would definitely return here again.

The walls were thin between the next door guests and us, so we could hear them at night especially but it didn’t greatly affect our stay.

The room absolutely exceeded our expectations, it was clean, luxurious and we found the breakfast so generous. The heated floor was also an added bonus! Meant we could dry our wet clothes getting caught in the rain so quickly. I’d recommend anyone to come here! The view was insane to wake up to, we adored it.

From the moment we arrived, it was pure bliss. So spacious, extremely comfortable and a delicious continental breakfast was provided. Our host was so accommodating with our change of plans and we wish we could of stayed longer. One of the best places we have ever stayed out.

A was far enough away from Hamner Springs to make you fill like you were escaping the hustle and bustle of town life yet close enough to town to go to the hot springs, bush walks and go out for dinner. It also had a wonderful views of the hills.

Accommodation is just 7 minutes drive from Hanmer and located in rural farm setting with outlook over the hills. Very peaceful

The location, the set up and the generosity of breakfast options were exceptional! This stay was Exactly what we needed for our anniversary weekend get away. Only a few minutes drive from the township was no problem as we really enjoyed the rural setting for a change. Thank you Jackie & Daniel, we really enjoyed our stay!

The bathroom sliding door did rattle in the wind from the open bathroom window which was actually a bit annoying. Apart from that though I have no complaints at all.

The room was very comfortable with quality fittings. It was lovely and quiet . The WiFi was good. Having breakfast options in the room upon arrival was a lovely touch. Bed was incredibly comfortable.

The host was very attentive, the rural setting beautiful with the backdrop of the hills. The room is gorgeous with nice furniture pieces 😍. The breakfast was sufficient, great coffee and bread were provided. We really enjoyed the quiet and calmness of the place.

We loved the peaceful rural location with stunning mountain views, and the decor of the room reflected the high country theme beautifully. It was a lovely place to relax and unwind in. The hosts were helpful when needed but otherwise left us to ourselves.

We had a lovely 2 nights at Hanmer High Country Views. The location and views were fantastic and very relaxing. It was clean and beautifully decorated. We loved the small touches like the magnified mirror in the bathroom!
