Cute little unit. Clean and tidy. Was good for our overnight stop before Milford Sound

Nothing, was fit for our purpose

The location nice and the room was clean. Close to the town center. Very nice and cozy place

There were no lights outside the room where the cars were parked.

Great little renovated unit. Everything was simple and modern which was nice. Location close to the lakefront and shops. Beds were really comfy. Shower had good pressure. Overall we had a good stay and were happy with the room for the price.

Unfortunately when we arrived the unit had all the windows open and the heatpump hadn't been turned on even though it was 4 degrees outside. We had emailed ahead that we would be arriving late at night and had an infant on our booking. The self check in was all good but it was disappointing to arrive to a freezing cold room. More of a minor thing - In our unit there was 2 single beds in the living room - it would have been nice to have the trundler one packed away seen as it wasnt required for our party and we needed space for a portacot. Had there been staff on site we would have asked but we didnt want to bother someone to come all the way down just for one thing so we just made do with very limited space.

A really nice motel unit wirh new modern kitchen and bathroom. Nice and close to the lake, just across the road.

There was no staff on duty the time we were there. Our envelope was cellotaped to the reception door with our name on it with instructions. Obviously short staffed.

Room heating was poor

Great location walking distance to everything in town. The staff were very friendly and nothing was a problem.

The room was small for 4 people, but we made it work

Clean tidy and newly refurbished, would recommend

Unfortunately electric blanket on one side of main bed wasn’t working

We booked for 3 adults and one child. Everything was warm, cosy and super clean. We had all the kitchen facilities we needed for a quick stay. We checked in late, but check in was seamless. The beds were comfy, lovely electric blankets and we fell asleep so easy, ready for the drive to Milford Sounds.

We had no negatives, the room and facilities were exactly what we needed.

The location was good everything was loverly

On our arrival, the room provided to us was very disappointing.Luckily there was some problem with the payment and because of this, two of your lady staff come. After negotiating with them, they arranged two other rooms to our satisfaction. In general ok. Thank God!

Good location, closed to the food area and grocery shopping and tourist information centre.

The apartment is rather small for the price we paid (closed to NZD300 a night)

Even though staff were not available due to staff shortages they made sure we had all the information required in easily accessible form.

Over priced at $500 a night and very dated the fan in the bath room sounds like a plane taking off and there’s no way of Turning it off even to use the hand basin or toilet

Very quiet and beautiful location. Staff very friendly.

The bathroom facilities were a bit old, but everything was working properly.

Bath room was very nice, soft towels. Everything we needed for an overnight stop driving from Queenstown to Milford Sound. Easy check in.
