Cold water in the shower for first 24 hours then after fixing was only tepid water , moved rooms water was much better but still not as hot as should be , especially seeing as the place was sitting on geothermal!

I would just say there needs to be a blind in the kitchen where we stayed as people can see in when they walk up the stairs.

We stayed in the basic cabin with the toilet, it was a a really nice simple room clean and very warm with the natural heater. We were located right next to the hot tubs. Great location, the grounds were tidy, and even though we didnt get to use the hangi steamer its such a cool option. However the hot tubs are a bit of a let down this was the main reason i booked this accom they are very small, we had a dip in the morning and it wasnt fully heated up like the previous day we had used it so i was guttered we didnt get to enjoy a hot soak before we left. The access to the beach had deep puddles so it was very unpleasent, i wanted to get my moneys worth lol so i still walked through it even with my son almost in tears having to go through it. I actually thought the beach was hot but it wasnt lol it would have been lovely if there was a platform or something so we could still walk there without going through the puddles. With a few tweaks it could have been a 10/10 but its still a nice spot.

Thermal pool was not working and one of the hot pools was far too hot to use. The opening time of the pool was 3pm both days which we weren't expecting. The kitchen had no blind, so we were woken early by the sunlight. A blind here would help immensely.

Location, hot pool on-site. Nice and quiet. When we noticed no tea towel and washing up liquid,the reception lady brought these up straight away. Cosy and great for what we needed. Thank you

We were cold. No heater in the room and also no extra bedding to put on. Needed one or the other. Although we dressed up to go to bed and put the room towels over duvet we still where cold.

It was close for what we needed. It was warm and the staff were so lovely and accomodating.

The fridge in our cabin unfortunately made a terrible noise which kept us awake - we needed to turn it off to sleep and only put it back on in the morning.

We liked the facilities, the kids especially liked the hot pool and how close it was to all the activities we had come to do while in Rotorua. Definitely value for money

Floors creak so much being upstairs in the units. It must be so annoying for those below. Beds are not comfortable, especially if you have a sore back.

Would be nice if the main pool was heated. Our room had a lot of water pooling right in front of the front door ramp which made it hard getting in and out.

If I'm being honest, would be nice to have tea and coffee sachets in room.

Loved our cute cabin and the cooking facilities in our little room. Handy having fridge, microwave and cooking utensils without having to go to use communal kitchen. We especially loved the thermal pools and the option to make your own puia hangi, very cool. Easy late check-in and lovely receptionist at the other end of the phone when we had to make last minute booking. Beds were comfy and our room heater was on when we arrived at night, thank-you!

The grounds were clean and very informative, as to what was where, and the ground steamer was Awesome! Though we weren't able to swim, that was ok too. Cute little sleeping area. Just enough room for the 3 of us. And the people were so kind and well spoken.

Outdoor pool was out of order, that was one of the reason I booked this place. Shower was low pressure

Where we stayed: not soundproof Shared toilet : have to go outside the cabin. No choice for my price range. Arrived late: a bit hard to navigate at night . Uncomfortable bed
