How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Fit out was a bit care worn in places. Showing deferred maintenance. However, every thing was functional and excellent housekeping.
Late check in was easy. Comfort room unit - with private spa bath. Milk in fridge. Plenty of room for four guests (even though I was a party of one this time). Everything was functional, and had the extras in terms of appliances and ironing kit. Excellent housekeeping,

It was a little unkept, as in, the spa area needed a bit of maintaining and by the shower door was very worn but all in all we were pretty happy with our stay
The lady at reception was excellent and accommodated our queries promptly

Only criticism was parking was rather congested but wasn't as important as everything else made for a awesome time
Loved our short time here , very warm and clean with an awesome hot tub that accommodated all of us, all in all excellent experience and will definitely be back.

Found parking area pretty tight trying to come in and out especially if every one has big vehicles found it very tight.

Little niggle was the outside light was on all night until 6am and it shines through the curtain, also day 2 we didn't get a coffee and milk refresh

the booking info should be clearer .We paid $700 for 2 nights..we wernt told we could get a smaller studio unit for 2 of us.Two of the beds in our unit were unused and we couldve saved $200?. A bit unfair 4200? thAT

Dishes were all dirty the first time we used them. The room was really wet with condensation when we checked in, and we had to keep the windows open, which automatically makes the place really cold. The bathtub wasn't clean at all. There is mold growing on the windowstills and lots of spiders and bugs in the room throughout the stay.
The room was nice and spacious. The location was good. The staff were very friendly.

One thing was the bright light all night outside our door which couldn't be turned off. Was too light

The wifi kept cutting out so going online to book restaurants or activities was difficult and my niece turned the jets on the spa bath to a different position and lots of dirt came out of them.
The units were clean and tidy and accommodating beds were comfy and it was nice and quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful and our stay was very enjoyable . Great value for money

We arrived around 5pm,we received a message to say what room we were in,parking space,the heater was turned on as it was very wet and cold and there was milk in the fridge.

Joyce was absolutely lovely and welcoming and really made our stay. We were a group of ladies staying for the night. Loads of room to get ready and relax. The spa bath was great, beds super comfy and the apartment was warm (thank you for putting the heating on before we arrived!). Great value for money too. This will be a regular for our group.

The shower head has to be set to cold to get hot water and the spa was turned off, it needed to be reset
