Love the space. Perfect for a family. There were a few rainy days where we couldn't do some planned activities so it was great to have that space. Close and central to everything and lots of information about local activities and attractions.

Smelt a bit musty but all windows were left slightly open and was ok later on and ok in morning. Windows all closed over night. Kitchen a bit tired, leaking sink tap and rangehood vent needed a clean.

Great location, very quiet, comfy bed had all you need except a dishwasher. Very large, . Older property but wc and bathroom updated. I would stay again. Handy as to shops, just minutes walk away but was very quiet, even managed to sleep in so that was a plus. Off street parking for 1 car. Felt safe

Could have used AC in the rooms as it could get stuffy when there's less wind.

Very spacious apartment, it was phenomenal for the one night we stayed there, and had we had more time, would've stayed there longer. The place was very clean, had an AC unit in the living room (a definite must), and all the facilities we needed for making a meal. Easy check in and check out, we loved it and totally recommend it

Don't lift the chairs from the wooden outdoor setting because the arms are not fixed to the chair anymore.

Not a major point: The property did not advertise a washing machine so one was not expected. It would benefit from one though. Although there was a laundry next door (part of another set of properties) if it were permissible for the occupants this property to use this laundry they would be out of luck as I found all the machines to be out of order.

Large comfortable home. Ideal location for our family road trip. Very close to town so no further need for the car. Garden table a perfect spot for evening drinks. All kitchen facilities were clean, the beds and bed linen comfortable together with the large bathroom complete with towels. Only one night spent but would recommend for a longer stay.

Loved sitting outside amongst the garden enjoying drinks and snacks after an amazing day heli hiking. More than enough room. Close to all facilities. Excellent communication from our host and tips for travelling in the area were appreciated.

We were advised to go to Alice May restaurant, and we would get 10% off. This was declined🙃 The low-pressure shower was hard going.

We weren’t absolutely sure we were in the right place and there was no welcome book/folder to confirm. The siren to call the fire brigade went off late at night and we had no idea what it was for. We had to google it to see if we needed to anything. We don’t have such things in England. The small bedroom window doesn’t have any curtains, so we had to cover the window ourselves. The bathroom is beautiful but the power of the shower is poor.

We paid top dollar for this place and it was like walking into my grandmothers house everything was old and dingy the kitchen was straight out of the fifties nothing had been reinvested into upgrading the property the owner is just interested in lining his pockets - the dining chairs were all split the bed covers looked like they had been bought from an op shop none of the TV's worked when I rang the owner about this he asked me to walk down the road to one of the motels and ask for some guy to take a look he couldn't even be bothered to ring the guy himself - the guy said he couldn't do anything and the owner already knew that - I would never set foot in this awful place again ! There were bare electrical wires on the electric blankets and the extension cords the Hair-dryer in the bathroom was melted - this owner needs to take note and spend some money !

We had exclusive use of the house. It was as described. It was excellently appointed and furnished. A lovely place to stay with glacier views. The shower was a wet room with a separate toilet for convenience. .

Brilliant location for getting around town, did not need the car! Comfortable and felt like home, plenty of space for all the family, well stocked kitchen to cook in, nicely renovated bathroom and toilets, spacious lounge and outdoor area.

Per photos, the house is very old. Decors, kitchen cabinets (some cabinets doesnt close properly) and appliances are also very old but still functional. Per previous reviews, there's certain smell. Not sure if it's from the carpet or throw pillows. Per previous reviews, shower pressure is very weak.

Communication was prompt. Location is great! Walking distance to Franz Josef town. The house was very very spacious. Only the toilet and bathroom are renovated. Clean towels. Love that owner are generous with the pillows tho matresses are on the soft side.
