Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

New ZealandThe rooms were proper but not gracious. As the bedside tables, fridge and kitchen drawers were not emptied/cleaned as there were continents found inside.
The beauty of the architectural aesthetic. Location is super convenient. The staff were great and friendly, arranging for the room to be left unlocked for a later check in which was awesome. The pool was great too.

New ZealandJust needs some maintenance done but we get it times have been tough for moteliers and it would be hard to compete with all the newer ones popping up. The pool wasn’t available to swim in but that’s ok. The microwave wasn’t cleaned properly and food left in it. a cellphone was left in the dish rack under the sink (still operational) There were leaks from the showers and under the fridge. Smoke butts outside the room near the door.
The manager was polite and a nice guy.

New Zealandseem to be alot of no housing people living there and someone stole my car park that made me have to park on main road when i got back 1am and i couldnt sleep knowing my property was and in my car so i left by 3am for a 3 hour drive

AustraliaIt is nothing like the photos show. The beds are uncomfortable and lumpy. Theres no air con only a fan that barely works. They offer a daily service of the room but they don't want to do it because there's no staff only a mother and her adult son. We had to plead with them. The pool looks fantastic in the photos but not in real life. Disappointing really, I will never stay there again.
I liked the photos they showed on the ad for the hotel.

United KingdomThere was no one to check us in just a phone number, key in the door, Hence no one to talk to about the issues we found. Tap leaking, black mould in the shower, also not cleaned, looked like something dribbled down the inside, stain in top of quilt, stain on bottom sheet, crumbs in the bed in print of a body, clearly had not been changed. Lots of ants presumably due to the lack of cleanliness. We walked out without unpacking or staying. Still waiting for a refund due to there no refund policy I shoud have taken photos but just wanted to get out of there. Stayed in a motel the Admiral just over the road which was lovely.

New ZealandThe fridge did not work, there was only the used toilet roll from the previous occupants and no spare, the beds were dated and far too soft and the oven door was not on the oven which the duty manager explained upon arrival and had a small conventional oven instead. There was also no milk to accompany the coffee.
