We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

New ZealandThe showers and toilets were holiday park style as in at outdoor temperature, and quite a walk from our rooms. Still, they were clean and usable. I'm glad I skipped the shower there as it was freezing. There were a few rather dodgy electrical connections, and we had to unplug the heater to boil the jug. The carpet in my room had a lot of human hair on it, which came off on a cloth when we wiped a spill. The bag of dirty sheets was on a chair when we arrived. Still, this was at less than half the price of the next cheapest accommodation, at a hostel, without its own parking.
Warm rooms with heaters and good bedding with clean sheets and good mattresses and pillows. Yiu can ask for towels. There are no toiletries. Very good value for money, and it had its own free parking and good location, close to the Spa Park.

It is located close to the city and is easily accessible via the highway. Staff was helpful and accommodating.

New ZealandThe hot water system was bizarre, and hard to get working (particularly in the kitchenette). There wasn't a lot of bench workspace for cooking, and the bathroom was a bit grimy. There were beds in the lounge, but no couches. The microwave was on a shelf that wasn't deep enough for it, which seemed unsafe - particularly as it wasn't secured to the wall. Fine for an overnight stay, but wouldn't recommend longer than that.
The beds were comfortable, and the sheets were clean. The staff were friendly, and the complex felt safe and was quiet.

New ZealandThere is no doubt some plumbing work need to be done. Tap is dripping, bit noisy over night, the toilet stool got all the four bolts loose, wobbly left and right when sitting on it, that I almost fell off when using it the first time. The tv can be turned on, but no images, only the sound, and the wires attached to the wall are dangling around.
Location is good for sure, and a quiet place to stay, only about 3 3-minute drive to the town centre for great view and food. The room we stayed had AC to keep warm inside. Instant hot water is great which means we could have a long shower after whole day driving.
