Unique place, in shipping containers converted to a very comfortable lodging. We enjoyed the breakfast supplies that were provided. Everything was comfortable and Stephanie provided great communication to help us enjoy our stay. Having a washer and dryer was a bonus even with the dryer located out back in a shed 😁.

The host, Stephanie was super friendly and accommodating. The accommodation was spotless, well equipped and very comfortable. Lovely breakfast provided.Great location in rural Canterbury, very quiet, peaceful surrounds.

The friendly, nothing is a problem attitude was exceptional. They allowed me to park my trailer for the day to enable more ease of shopping within the busy traffic. Communication was also gold star. Would definitely stay again.

There was nothing not to like.

The place was very spacious and had all the amenities that made our stay there feel special. Wish we could have stayed longer, and if we had the opportunity we would definitely stay there again.

1）The hostess was very friendly. For breakfast, she prepared fresh eggs from the farm, as well as milk, snacks, etc. 2）The room is equipped with a comprehensive range of brand - new facilities. Amenities such as a washing machine are all readily available. The room is immaculately tidied, and the bed offers a comfortable sleeping experience. 3）The farm has only one guest suite with a separate entrance and exit. There is no disturbance at all, and it is very quiet at night. 4）The hostess also invited us to visit the farm, have close contact with the horses, pick fruits, etc. My son was very happy and misses this experience very much.

I stayed at Brookside to break up a long drive from Nelson to Dunedin. The location was convenient and the property was clean and easy to locate. I met the owner and she suggested a great place to eat in Leeston (the Suburban Eatery). I slept very soundly and continued on my travels. A nice alternative to the noise and traffic of Christchurch.

The place was amazing. Well set out on a private rural property with cows and sheep. Owner was very friendly and made you welcome. Was more than we hoped for. I wish we had stayed longer.

The container house was lovely and had everything we needed. Stephanie's communication was perfect and the finishing touches (Xmas tree and pressies) were greatly appreciated. This was the perfect location for us on our journey south and loved the setting with only trees and cows to be seen. We will be back I'm sure.

Absolutely nothing to dislike about it! The property was perfect and although we only met the host briefly, as we stayed just one night, she was friendly and welcoming.

Quiet rural location but easy to find. Spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything in excellent condition. Bed was very comfortable. Milk and nibbles left for us by host which was much appreciated. This was an overnight stop to break a long journey but so wish we had booked a few more nights!

It was a lovely little house right in front of a field of calves, which we loved watching run around and stare at us occasionally. The space was very comfortable and the included breakfast was great. I had forgotten to let the host know I was gluten free and she went out of her way to accommodate for me. Would definitely recommend for a nice, relaxing farm getaway!

standard Cell coverage a bit sticky inside the unit as per it being a container but good enough coverage outside - we used Whatsapp inside and out which was alot better

Stepahnie was an amazing host, although we didnt meet face to face, Stephanie was an excellent communicator and provides a fantastic service and is very accommodating. The unit was absolutely spotless, it is much bigger inside than it looks from outside with seperate bedroom at one end and lounge dining at the other with amenities in between. Very well thought out design. A very tranquil spot with easy access, fresh eggs, plenty of fresh milk, condiments and nice cereals and fruit for breakfast. Free Wifi, TV and a lovely deck to sit and sip a wine in tranquility. We wanted to book again over December but it is such a popular spot we lucked out of course - will definitely stay again in the future.
