Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

That place is perfect from every perspective, by far the best option in the Queenstown area. It is spotlessly clean, beautifully and tastefully appointed, in a strategic location. We have been here already a few times, and we will definitely be back again. Actually, we planned our flights and our trip in Queenstown only after securing this place first! And let me talk about Gerry, the most lovely, delightful and kind host we ever found! She is a such a gem and we consider ourselves lucky that we got to know her. Needless to say, this is a very, very highly recommended option for a stay in the area - do not even bother to look anywhere else!
