We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

New ZealandFound the hot water pressure too low. Ok for a one night stay but not recommended for long stays (e.g. stayed 4 nights whilst on business in the area).
Excellent location, comfortable bed, clean and tidy and had everything needed for the stay. Didn't use the WiFi so can't comment on that.

New ZealandThe only downside was not having clean towels provided daily considering we were there for 10 days. However it wasn't a major point to nit-pick about as we purchased a couple of towels to use on the 'off' days.
Our accommodation suited our needs for the long stay. Absolutely loved the shower and grateful that there was full cooking facilities with a kitchen sink :) The resident cat "Lucky" - was a real sweetheart. If he saw you, he'd come over to say hi (and get heaps of pats) but would never step inside.... just waited at the door :)

New ZealandI would say nothing I disliked We would have liked to have sky sports channel. Booking.Com advertised there was a spa pool, which was misleading, the owner was not at fault. They had asked it to be removed.
The cleanliness, lighting and heating in the room. Regular cleaning service, linen changed, essentials topped up in kitchen/bathroom. The facilities; stove top, oven, microwave, small fridge and smart tv with Netflix. A comfy bed and sofa.

New ZealandLocation great & easy access with plenty of parking. Apt was clean & tidy throughout (including all appliances). Cooking facilities were excellent even though we didn’t need to use them. Room was warm & had wall heater which did a good job as well as electric blanket on the bed (not needed this time). The shower was roomy & water pressure good. Free wifi had good connectivity. Will defo be using again when we visit.
