How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Parking can be a bit of a problem depending on the unit but the visitors park can be utilised,as I did

Facilities are getting old to the point where it's clearly visible and they need to be upgraded as soon as the management is able. It's just undefortunate that I didn't get the room I liked and requested. Though the room I got instead was bigger, the bedroom was seperate from livingroom where the heatpump is, the bedroom got cold easily.
I think it can be rated as average to above average on all categories. Location is excellent, though! Nothing was bad, I the motel staff was great. I visit the city every year and I do enjoy staying at the motel.

Information in booklet in motel regarding eateries was very outdated...prices quite different when we visited restaurant. Bathroom could do with a spruce up, shower head loose, needs cabinet for toiletries.
Roomy unit, very clean. Comfortable beds. In a great, quiet location near to shops, cafes & park.

Unit was very clean, quiet despite being on a busy road, perfect location close to shopping and restaurants. Great heat pump and comfy beds. Owners were very friendly and helpful.

Shower pressure wasn't bad but could be better
Location was very convenient with everything at short walking distance, staff were welcoming & beds were very comfortable, rooms were clean & spacious with all utensils.

The room was spacious, attractive and tidy with a good comfortable bed, and right in town. Would expect to pay more for a place like this. The hosts were warm, friendly and helpful.

That there was a mix up with the room and we nearly had to move rooms at a late hour. So glad we didn't. It was very unsettling tho.
The room was really spacious and electric blankets on the beds helped as it was so cold.

Actual unit was very tired and in need of a lot of upgrading, however, we were only there for 1 night so it was adequate enough

The parking is atrocious! Any medium+ sized car is a challenge to navigate the tight hair pin bend carpark.
Comfortable, quiet location that is super close to town. Beds are comfy and has all the amenities one needs.

I found our unit to be slightly dated in that the fittings & fixtures are probably original, but it had fresh decor, was very comfortable and everything worked well. The shower was awesome. Be very careful with elderly or very young as the hot water takes a while to arrive, but once it does it is very hot at over 60 degrees!

Lovely quiet place, unit was spacious, clean and tidy. Beds were lovely and comfortable, spa was amazing. Really appreciated the extra towels, pillows and blankets.

The bathroom wall had a few holes from what look like water damage.
The proximity to town was awesome. Set back from the road, which made it lovely and quiet. The room had everything that we needed.

Great location, just off main road but no road noise as we are approx 60 METRES inside from the road. Our 3rd time we have been here. Rosie OGradies is very close great place lovely warm and friendly. Great Park down by the river Turn right and straight down the road it on your left before the bridge.

Loved the Private spa in our room. Was nice after a long day of watching sports. Lounge was nice and big so the kids had space with out us feeling like we were on top of each other. Good size rooms and beds were comfy

Would be nice to have a blind to pull down in bathroom, as was very cold in there at night due to the large window.
Handy to town. Very clean. Nice shower. Loved the heat pump. Good size for the three of us. Would stay again.
