Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

They picked us up from the airport at 1.50 am, and back to the airport at 8am. Very accommodating. 24hrs. Clean, neat, everything you need for a quick stop.

My husband, adult daughter and myself stayed in the standard family unit. It was an older room but was comfortable for a nights stay. 7 days free parking was great. The shuttle service to the airport was excellent. We would use this hotel again but upgrade our room.

New ZealandI had no negative reactions or feelings with the lodge or staff but the International Airport appears to be a warren of roads, entrances and non-entry points. It is definitely offputting at the airport.
Right from the time I was picked up by the Lodge shuttle the driver and the staff that I interacted with, were so helpful and accommodating. The next morning when I was taken to the airport, the driver took me as close to the entrance as was possible then gave me clear instructions on how and where to enter the airport. Those actions definitely took away any anxieties.

New ZealandThe two things I can only fault was the milk supplied for tea or coffee wasn't really enough for one let alone 2.But I know now so I would just take some.The second would be there is only three tv channels 2,3,maori channel but hey we have phones.so again no drama to me but just letting the next visitors know so no surprises.

AustraliaLocated close to the airport with space for 2 adults & 3 children in one room was perfect. There was a single bed in the lounge area, a double bed in the bedroom as well as a single bed. Great value for money as we did not need to book another room to fit us all. The room was clean and tidy, with a tv, wifi, clean bathroom and helpful staff. A wonderful bonus is the free shuttle available 24 hours- when travelling with 5 people, this was a stand out for us. It was a little cool as it is winter so the heat pump was perfect to warm the room up. This is my 2nd stay and would happily stay again when visiting Auckland!

New ZealandThe rooms and everything were clean but just a couple of things to help bring it up a good notch or two. If you replaced Venetians in the kitchen, very tired and worn, though the most important thing, your carpet really needs a nice shampoo. I know you're busy and have a lot of footwear through but a clean carpet speaks volumes. I hope this helps, not meant just as a criticism.
