Just to be aware that the motel is old. There were things not working - light in the kitchen, switch in the bathroom, the oven and although clean when we arrived, we got ants in the kitchen and fridge. But we passed that all on, so that will have all been fixed, I’m sure.

Loved that they were able to put us right next to the pool. The pool was lovely and warm (hot even!), clean and a great size. The room was perfect for our needs and it was clean. We felt very welcome.

Spa pool very nice and warm grand-kids enjoyed. Very hot pool not tried as enclosed from outside perhaps for safety . There was another pool option on the premises but we didnt try that one.

The pool wasn't hot enough so we went to the Polynesian Pools. Some decor needed attention but it didn't hinder our comfort.

Very central to restaurants, bars, and food. We never used the pool, it was too cold. Room was comfortable and the thermal heating perfect for winter warmth.

Beds were a little uncomfortable, a king size would have been great and more options for babies such as cots/high chairs. More towels were definitely needed, I was surprised there was no salts and peppers etc,

The beds aren't the comfiest, and the room decor/furnishings looked a bit old and worn.

Loved the location, loved the view from our room, i liked the underfloor heating and the room was so cozy and warm which was nice as we stayed during winter. We enjoyed the thermal pool as well.

It is very outdated and I would have preferred a tv in the room as well. I wasn't informed about the pool facilities and found out for myself by watching and asking other customers.

The location was great and had the best view over the lake - Fantastic spot to watch the drone show when it got too chilly for the kids. We arrived and the room was heated - Clean and ready for us. Accomadating staff and house keeping. Was able to use the laundry facilities. Main pool kept little man happy for hours. Relaxing night soak in the smaller pool too.

The sofa chairs weren't very soft any more. The lighting was quite harsh (for example: no bedside lamps - just the big ceiling light above the bed). Toiletries were minimal.

Very spacious room. And despite the cold weather outside, stayed a good temperature. Good location - round the corner from the main bars and restaurants; and very close to the 2 main thermal spas in town. I also liked the selection of pools at the hotel. The fact there were 3 of them made up for them each being a little small. And gave a choice of different temperatures.

We had a great experience, location was close to all amenities, enjoyed the lake waterfront and playground for the children. My girls enjoyed the swimming pool and spa. Family unit was a good size for our family of 5. Beds were a bit soft for my liking but overall everything was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Decor in the rooms could do with updating and would make it feel much more inviting. In particular having sheer curtains for privacy and some hooks/hanging space around the room for towels and jackets would be helpful - particularly for a family of 5 staying in a room this would’ve been handy to keep it tidy whilst visiting.

The rooms were clean and great facilities having the kitchen. The staff were friendly and helpful. The kids loved the swimming pools and fantastic location.

Location is great, rooms were spacious and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you might need. There is onsite parking available too. Loved our stay here.

Room was a bit dark, and very warm. Maybe because the sun was pouring in during the day.

Great location near the lake, and near thermal pools. Room was nice and big. Parking was fine and it was easy to find.
