I would highly recommend this property we were a group of ladies and we all found it very clean and comfortable from every aspect including the beds super comfortable with nice linen and plenty of large white fluffy towels in spotless bathroom. One small negative there were no platters in the kitchen which would have been handy. We had an issue with the wifi which the owner corrected straight away. Thankyou

The wifi was slow & patchy.

Location, cleanliness, spaciousness of the house was so great, amount of towels made available was amazing! Beds really comfortable, plenty of blankets on bed, good amount of cooking utensils made available. We cooked and ate at the house for the duration of our stay & having the equipment to do so was awesome. Great conversion of the garage was a great move we played darts while doing our laundry.

The only thing you need to be aware of is that the hot water is not a continuous Infinity system so with a number of people staying you need to plan shower times so it doesn't run out. Not a real problem but good idea to make guests aware.

Great location, easy walking distance to town center. Very clean, great setup.

No milk for coffee and tea. Toilet holders looked industrial. Hotel description says 3 bathrooms, there is 1 1/2. Would be nice to have a small dishwasher drawer.

There were 5 luxury beds instead of 3 and bunks. We were 5 siblings.

Someone parked 2 mini buses right in front of the house entire weekend ,cutting out a nice view of the hills and reduced reversing safety out of driveway, not another vehicle parked in the street yet we nearly got cleaned up by a car comming down street who could not see us reversing.

Not the largest home we have stayed in on our many visits to HS, however it's perfectly set out to accomodate our large group. It's clean and functional, warm with great beds and bedding. The closest to the village ,an easy 5min walk.

Unit had everything for an relaxed enjoyable stay. Location is very close to town and baths and is quiet and secure. Parking and access is good and unit is spacious and comfortable and a good range of accessories are provided.

A lovely place in a great location, so very handy to village, pools, walks and biking tacks. The garage was a wonderful bonus as we were able to keep bikes and associated equipment safely stored.

The wetback pipes at the rear of the log burner leaked profusely meaning we had to remove the gate and keep tipping out the water. There was no vessel large enough to take on enough water for us to leave the property while the fire was lit. There was significant cooking splatters up the wall and blind above stove. The bench, although it had been wiped, was covered in some sticky residue and needed cleaned before I could use the kitchen. A very dated home for such a large sum of money for one night.
