Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Slovakiaunfortunately no elevator (if you have heavy backpack it is going to be little challenging to get to 4th floor) . For the rest, all good.
Good hotel, especially if you are on budget. I took private room with attached bathroom and its nice and comfortable, spacious bathroom. Staff is very kind and friendly, willing to help. They allowed me to check in earlier. There is also nice restaurant on the roof top.

United StatesWas given different rooms true they were bigger but the first one with mold and intense urine smell and not clean at all. Then after I complained they gave me another room with AC and it's own bathroom but it was not clean and mold was everywhere with windows on an inner space with trash on the floor. I didn't complained because I kind of gave up. Will never use this hotel again
Not too many things, I wasn't given the room I booked with window instead was given.different mediocre rooms When I asked why don't you give me the room.I booked they said, it is occupied and then he said it has been occupied for a long time. If so why advertise it on booking then. price was cheap, location was too noisy most of the nights couldn't sleep. I would give this property a 5 not an 8.

CanadaThe internet on the upper floors could be pretty shaky. It mostly worked but typically wasn't reliable for calls. But I just took all my calls in the lobby where the internet was faster, and it was totally fine.
We ended up staying here for a month while studying in Kathmandu, it was perfect! Comfy, clean, the staff was so nice. The location is perfect, right in the middle of everything, but in a little alley so it was still nice and quiet. Super safe. Loved the balcony, and had the breakfast a lot too. The staff is so friendly and helpful.

GermanyI had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with a smile. The place is very quiet, which allowed for a great night's sleep. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and offered at a very reasonable price. The rooftop restaurant serves delicious Nepali food with a lovely ambiance. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be returning!

HungaryFound a lot of hair on the bedsheets and pillow. My room was next to the toilet/shower and you could hear every single thing coming from there. The bathroom was not used only by guests with rooms with shared bathroom on the same floor but also by random drunk Nepali people and had to listen to them vomiting all over. The kitchen closes very late and there is a lot of noise coming from there until 11pm and also they are constantly pulling the chairs on the rooftop which makes a lot of noise in the room. I booked this place cause it had good reviews but since it received many negative reviews. Not surprised.
