Beautiful. The landscape was spectacular. The rooms were comfy and spacious. The staff were amazingly helpful. The offer of a guided hike is something I would really recommend to get a real taste of Nepal.We would absolutely stay here again!

Nothing at all except we had to leave boo hoo

Without a doubt this was the best property we have stayed at in our 6 months of travelling. First of all the staff exceptional service exceeding our expectations, second the food - again the best food we have tasted ever and my husband is a chef, third the property itself the view, the room, the bed, the facilities swimming pool, spa, and the special yoga sessions in the most serene place you have ever encountered, amongst the trees, mountains, clouds. This is truly the most incredible experience we have done. Thank you from the bottom our hearts how we appreciated this experience. Anyone reading this don’t hesitate just book it.

I would say they lack consistency ;some of the guys there were super /over the board helpful;while others ignored me.

The location is second to none.The massage was brilliant;the yoga session in the morning is great.

The facilities are a bit old. After heavy rain, water got into the bathroom.

Nothing!! All was great!!

Terraces is a GEM!! It’s one of the most Fabulous places I’ve ever been to!! Mesmerizing views of the city and Whole stretch of the Himalaya!! The breakfast and restaurant are superb!! The Swimming pool heated up to 30C, whirlpool was amazing. Very much enjoyed the included sundowner drink and appetizer from the Helipad with superb views! And the manager and staff are the most kind, helpfull and warm I’ve ever experienced (and I travelled quite some places if I may say). I am definitely coming back Here and can VERY STRONGLY RECOMMEND this luxury and most comfortable resort!! Also the included morning yoga sessions were wonderful!! And adding up to that, the included guided hikes in the surrounding Forest and jungle were amazing!! It is such an incredible place in Kathmandu. Love to come back as soon as possible!

It was a bit far from the airport and off road tracks to get there, beware!

Incredible resort, very well designed and friendly staff. We would highly recommend to go there for a few days to enjoy the premises. Views are breathtaking

Cleanliness of the bathroom and general bedroom area could be improved, i.e., removal of mould from the shower area. Additional signage on the road up to the resort would assist in avoiding any precarious wrong turns. Some of the activities advertised online are not available all year, i.e., ziplining and picnics.

The resort offers spectacular views of the Himalayas. Rooms are spacious with a stunning terrace backdrop. Activities such as daily yoga, ATV, and the local kitchen were a bonus. The resort also kindly arranged birthday celebrations which made for a special day. Staff were always happy to help out where required.

Everything was great, however there were some loud guests that were disrupting our time with loud music and shouting. I wish the staff would have said something to those guests but besides this, fabulous stay.

I highly recommend this Resort: bedrooms are big and comfortable, the view on Himalaya is breathtaking, the staff is so friendly, and the SPA is wonderful! I also very much appreciated the little delicacy and the welcoming note from the manager :)

The location is definitely unique and because of the altitude very challenging to reach, there´s only one road to reach the resort and difficult for regular cars. (off-road track) Nevertheless, we used the mountainbikes to go down and visit Bhaktapur which was a very energizing daytrip.

The red couches in the outdoor area of the presidential suite looks a bit weather worn, but we were too busy hanging in the jacuzzi anyway

Beautiful resort with a FANTASTIC breakfast buffet, delicious food breakfast and dinner and fabulous cocktails too. Faultless service. The private jacuzzi for the presidential suite is worth it!! The bathroom and bedroom just beautiful. Only took 40 minutes from the airport- great shuttle service

Being a senior citizen, inconvenient to climb stairs. Surprisingly being a fairly new property, they did not factor on installing elevators.

It is a beautifully located property an the view of the Himalayan range is spectacular.
