Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NepalI was staying in 2nd floor of the building and the water pressure in the bath tap was very slow. Moreover, hot water was not as it expected. It was like there's no hot water coming.
Everyone is cooperative and cheering except for the night staff who handled my check in at the first day. I don't say he was rude but he had different price rate than what I got on booking.com. But after few minutes of discussion, he agreed to give me the room at the price of what I booked at. So besides that everything was good.

IndiaThe price was not that when booked. Having booked nearly one month before the rooms were allotted in different buildings first, later transferred to the same building. It took much time for check in, especially for deciding the amount to be paid. Also free breakfast is very very limited and options are only one or two.

AustraliaCheck in was a nightmare, receptionist was rude. Said it was my responsibility to pull up what room I booked and the nightly rate, saying she didn't have access to the booking system. The food from the restaurant was incredibly underwhelming. The showers were cold. The laundry service they use is incredibly overpriced. The place was almost completely empty and I see why. There was nothing good for tourists around the area (About a 30 minute walk into thamel) and the reception staff didn't seem to have any idea what was going on. Don't bother with this place, plenty of other good options around.
The bed was comfy enough, good Aircon. Some of the staff were lovely

I only booked for one night to catch a 6am bus from Gongabu and I almost slept in because the bed was so comfy. Staff were very caring, tried to book bus tickets for me in advance on their phone.
