Mind-blowing,The hotel is in a quiet area, but not far from the shops and restaurants. The room was tidy and fresh, and the staff are polite and offer a warm smile.

Amazing hotel I really like the hotel

Hotel Staff were friendly and available. The breakfast buffet had so many options, from eggs to pancakes and even vegan choices also. And I loved the text updates on housekeeping service. Great service ❤️

I had the most incredible dining experience at this restaurant.The food was absolutely delicious every dish was perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations.The atmosphere was elegant yet comfortable.I can't wait to come back and try more items from their menu.Definitely a new favorite spot

Nothing worst management and service

Not recommended paid 57k npr for nothing Tharu dance promised 1hr : was 30min Asked manager to make them chill before 4 hr of arrival but nothing was zero cold not fridge the bottle poor service hot 37 beers Manager absent late very very late service had to request again and again for a beer glass

The exceptional customer service at this hotel impressed me. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They were also able to recommend places to get any meal that we needed.

Great place, very affordable and the light breakfast included was great eggs, potato, fruit, toast and coffee. The price was very reasonable for what we got. The glamping tents were great had air con inside and worked well. Really nice spot.

Nothing bad just the location is about 15 min walk to the main town centre. Not far but in the heat does feel long.

Garden area is very relaxing and beautiful with some hammocks to chill out. Did an upgrade to glamping tent, which was definitely the best accommodation type in this hotel. The staff was always friendly.

Some of the rooms (except clamping tent) are in very bad condition. Even the cabins with AC are not properly sealed, tons of mosquitoes in the room, I even had 2 rats running and pooping around. Which made me then to change the room.

It’s got pretty nice gardens and open spaces where you can relax. Feels like being in an old safari camp, who I loved.
