Some minor improvements could be made, such as better Wi-Fi connectivity. Other than that, I liked everything about this place.

The hotel had a great location, making it easy to explore Kathmandu. The breakfast was good with a decent variety of options. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained.

Nothing to not like.

Everything is perfect there , very clean and tidy and smells amazing. Close to other main places and main temple is just 5 minutes above the hotel which is located in Naranthan. Very good service and amazing staffs. Ps the food is amazing as well alongside variety of beverages

None to my experience!

The location was just 5 mins drive outside the main city which was great as it wasn't noisy at all. The front desk staff was amazing. They took really good care of us. They even upgraded our room to business suit without charging more! The room was perfect with good view and plenty of space. The beds were of good size and it was very comfortable. About the food , we ordered many items; but the one stood high was the crispy chicken chilly. It was really amazing! Due to Winter, we couldn't swim in the infinity pool but it looked great with the good view of Nagarjun hills at the back. The hotel is an ideal place for couples who wants to get away from the noisy crowd of the city and the huge underground parking was cherry on the cake. Excellent!

Great place to stay. Staffs all over the hotel are very helpful and cordial. If you want to stay away from crowd and relax stay in KTM, its a perfect place. But if you go as a tourist to explore, you shouldn't choose this.Location is far from Thamel.

One reason for choosing the hotel at the end of the trip was the offer of transfers to and from the airport. However when we contacted them we were told the driver was unavailable and we had to go by taxi

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy. Meals were excellent especially local Nepalese cuisine, not sure why these hotels offer western meals when they should be encouraging their local food

The shower was a bit cold.

The location was suitable for my needs as I as I was being picked up from the nearby temple the following morning, however not very central if you are looking to explore Kathmandu. I enjoyed the steam/sauna and the staff and food in the restaurant were excellent.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they went out of their way to make sure that I had everything.The room itself was spacious, clean,with all the amenities one could ask for. Another highlight of my stay was the hotel's restaurant, which served some of the best food I've had in a long time. Highly recommended 😍
