Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Good hotel in a great location within the heart of Thamel. The rooms were very spacious, modern and clean. The restaurant is excellent and in our opinion the best in Thamel! We are a family with 3 children and the hotel felt safe and clean.

This hotel is fantastic! First of all the staff are the best, everyone is friendly, helpful and lovely, the most amazing receptionist a hotel could ask for, Amsiha, was incredible helpful - thank you so much for all your help during my stay - you are a star!! The room is very nice, really comfortable bed, great bathroom, balcony, big. The restaurant/breakfast is amazing - the best scrambled eggs I have ever eaten, great coffee, food is delicious. Location - perfect. Easy to get to, safe and great views over the hills.
