We're truly happy to hear that you enjoyed the comfort of our beds, the atmosphere of our common areas,especially the rooftop, as well as the food, our staff’s hospitality, and the added conveniences like free water refills and storage. It means a lot to us that you found value in your stay. We’re also very sorry to hear about the issues you encountered. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by the rooftop smoking, the cleanliness of the communal bathrooms, and the lack of air conditioning and secure luggage compartments. Your comments are important and help us identify areas for improvement, we're actively working on solutions to improve these aspects. Regarding the reported theft, we are truly sorry this happened. We take such incidents very seriously and always recommend guests use the lockers or speak with our team immediately if anything goes missing.
