Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United KingdomThe only thing we didn t like was that the water wasn’t really warm enough for showers on our first visit, the second visit the temperature was a bit improved.
Staff brilliant, very helpful. On our first visit we had a complimentary pick up from the airport, and very low cost ride back on departure. Staff even came across the road with us to show us which bus to catch into town! The location is so close to the airport that pick up and return is not really essential for an able person and on our second trip we walked across the road to the airport. Food is good and not expensive, and the included breakfast we had was great. Very pleasant dining area by reception. Our room on our first visit was ok , a bit tired, the next room we had on our return journey was bigger and better, both were comfortable and clean.

NepalI was disappointed because I was told during check-out that the drinks that were in the room would cost extra. This should be informed during check-in or some kind of message in the room. However I didn’t take any drinks coz I couldn’t figure out how to run the fridge which was not operational when I went in.

NepalWhen I arrived in Hotel, I asked them give me one room instead of 2 rooms. They did But They invoiced me for 2 rooms instead of 1 room. And they refused to invoiced for 1 and said you booked 2 rooms and we cannot cancel. And they didn't inform me the time of arrival that you have to pay for both rooms even you are taking 1 & I was thinking they cancelled 1 room. But the time of check out I was shocked.
