We would like to apologize honestly for requesting nominal charges on Extra Breakfast on your will but Our Lake view room was allocated on your stay. First of all with the most sincere apology Madam for the disastrous experience you had over here... so far we remember it was Room 101 last year and we were shocked to recognize the problem as soon as you complained back then..we were there immediately, found a small leakage from just behind the Comod while flush !! We were really sad and kind of shocked. We even remember that you introduced yourself being involved in some international organization and your partner... it was not enough recovery at all as we believe till today as a responsible hotelier.... its obvious that you didn;t want to have any food out here as well which is really true and we admire that ...health and hygiene is the mus... we were really hesitated to charge you on the room bills but i remember you paid around $14 on your own will .... any ways we are highly confident and can guarantee you that all our engineering issues like plumbing, painting, electricity all have been fixed up lately and the property is really thriving well by your good blessings to us. As guest are believed to be god in Nepal ( Atithi Debo Bhawa ) , we beleive and thank you for your godly feedback from the inner core of our heart which has really motivated and has being driving us to improve every single day by day, ounce by ounce, step by step naturally and gradually. We would like to offer a 100% OFF on the same room you stayed last year without any hesitations at all if fortune allows us to serve you again.
