NO LIFT NO VARIETY IN BREAKFAST, RESTAURANT SERVICESS VERY POOR, NO TEA SACHET IN ROOM,MAINTANANCE WORK IS GOING ON VERY MUCH DISTURBANCE. NO EASY APPORACH,NO BUCKET AND MUG IN BATHROOMS,NO SMALL TOWEL IN BATHROOM OR ON WASH BASIN.

Cleanliness is a big issue, they had mould and dirt on the shower and hand spray after mentioning the same it was cleaned immediately, torn linen and curtains is a concern as well.

1. Access from the main road, 2. No lift, only stairs in the Hotel. 3. Also, the Location was not very approaching but yes we managed that.

The staff was nice and Courteous, they responded quickly to address the concern. The food was also nice and fresh, won't say that it was outstanding but neither that down you cant enjoy. Just a KM from Pashupatinath Temple, 2.8 km from Tribhuvan International Airport.

Restaurant is expensive . Elevator doesnt exist. My room was the nicest room it was on 4 th floor I had to climb 3 times a day. There are many small markets around so buy your water and cold drinks outside because restaurant price is three times more than outside.

Location is close to Pashupunath temple’s south gate. Pay attention because it’s quite easy to lose the way on the way back. Staff is very attentive and nice.My room was huge with a balcony and bathtub. Food is delicious and you can order to your room. I had delicious chicken steamed momos .Overall l had nice and quiet time. If you are interested in that specific temple location is great. Wifi worked well.

the room was right next to to the stairs. the walls were so thin that you hear every single steps on the stairs and the people standing on the terrace for smoke

Not at all friendly... Not for senior citizens

Nothing great... Booked for my Mum and her sister for a spiritual trip... No options to accept foreign currency... Online payment not deducted... Cash options not there... No ATM nearby... Bank transfer did not work... Overall it was not guest friendly place especially not for senior citizens...

The staff refused to give any extra blanket or even a mattress. The road to the hotel is very narrow and through a small village, making it difficult for many cab drivers to find the hotel. We booked an "apartment" in which many of the features of the room were not accessible eg. kitchen, microwave etc we were told we cannot use them even though it came with the room. Breakfast options were very limited

Room was not clean. Toilet was not clean. Bathroom towels were torn on edges . No exhaust fan in toilets. Got inscet bite. No lifts Available. Over all it was a horrible stay.

Holes in bed linen and bath towels. Curtains half hanging off window rail..curtain in bathroom broken.. Shower head rusted and not able to use.. Huge gap in door to balcony..pool had so much debris floating in it and had no heatin.. Stains on floor and rug.. No house keeping for the 3 days i was there..since it was the most expensive room in hotel.. So disappointed

At first, we fall sick with the food, it was awful. We booked a taxi with the manager for the airport quiet early (7am) and nobody's came, we should change the plan and do it by our own.

They called me 4times a day to promote their breakfast & dinner … even at 8am & 9am . That messes up my whole day program . I was tired & need good sleep They kept disturb me , I missed the important meeting. 😭😭😭😭😭 I wanted to see the Mananger , the staff Lïè to me that he went home . I found him after 5mins , complained to him but he didn’t care .
