Cómo funcionan los comentarios de los clientes
Cada puntuación de los comentarios está comprendida entre 1 y 10. Puedes dejar un comentario sobre un Alojamiento que hayas reservado a través de nuestra Plataforma si te has alojado allí o si llegaste al alojamiento pero no te quedaste. Si quieres modificar un comentario que ya enviaste, ponte en contacto con nuestro equipo de Atención al cliente.

Comentario auténticoExcelente estadia en el Oasis Katmandu. La atención de todo el personal fue increible, todos nos ayudaron en lo que necesitamos, y el manager se preocupo por asistirnos y poder resolver nuestras reservas de vuelo, y traslados. El desayuno muy completo, estan atentos a servirte. Es variado (fruta, huevos, cereales, pan, comidas tipicas de alli). Nos guardaron el equipaje sin costo mientras fuimos al trekking del Everest base camp. Al regresar nos quedamos otra noche, y no podiamos cambiar nuestro vuelo, y nos retiramos pasado el horario del check out, y el manager no nos quiso cobrar. Su servicio en general fue extraordinario La ubicación es muy buena ya que esta fuera de la ruidosa calle centrica de thamel.

Comentario auténticoHabitación de muy buen tamaño, equipada con minirefri , pava electrica y caja de seguridad. Camas muy cómodas. Baño grande con ducha separada( difícil de encontrar en Nepal). Ducha excelente con muy buena presión de agua y temperatura Staff muy amable. Tanto en recepción como del restaurante.El gerente muy presente. Siempre pendiente de que uno esté cómodo Tiene muy buen restaurant con una terraza acogedora con plantas y flores. Muy buena ubicación en Thamel, cerca de todo, pero no en el medio de la parte más caótica. Me gustó que ofrecieran el pick up en el aeropuerto y el cual fue efectuado en tiempo y forma. Desayuno variado.
La habitación en primer piso me pareció un poca ruidosa porque se escucha ruido de la cocina, y a veces de gente que camina y habla por los pasillos haciendo ruido, aunque esto no es culpa del hotel. Lo bueno es que no se escuchan ruidos de la calle. Quizá un poco más de iluminación en la habitacion Otra cosa es que no hay elevador, ( creo. Que son 3 pisos) yo ya lo sabía y no me molestó, pero es importante tenerlo en cuenta si se tiene alguna dificultad para subir escaleras..

El hotel esta super limpio, las habitaciones y las camas son muy cómodas, el desayuno y la cena fueron riquisimos y la ubicación es perfecta. Comentario auténticoTodo. La habitación estaba muy limpia, era super cómoda, no le faltaba detalle, el desayuno muy bueno al igual que la comida, pero lo mejor del alojamiento es su personal. Fueron super amables, serviciales, siempre con una sonrisa y ayudándonos en todo lo que necesitábamos. Desde luego, nos sentimos como en casa.

Comentario auténticoLa atención fue excelente, la ubicación esta en una zona segura a una calle de Thamel, por lo que es ideal para no estar dentro del bullicio, a lo mucho se caminan 4 min. El desayuno muy bueno!!; WiFi OK, Todo el tiempo tuve buena señal dentro del hotel. Todos lo días me dejaron botellas de Agua en mi habitación. (el agua era un tema que me preocupaba)

Aconsejo este hotel en todos los sentidos. Y cualquier duda que tengáis, como reservar un taxi, comprar billete de avión para Lukla, no dudéis en hablar con el personal.
