First of all, I would like to point out that you get a good value for the price. But those who book should understand that the rooms are older than in the pictures. I was in a very basic room where the lighting is dim and the windows, the dresser, the chair, the paint on the walls are very old, like in the pictures but 7 years ahead. The lobby and the staircase all look old too. It gives the feeling not of a hotel but of a very simple and old hostel. If this suits you and your budget is important to you, then go for it. Other than that, the room was clean and the staff was nice and tried to help. The mattress on the bed you lie on feels a bit like the springs, but overall I slept okay. The WIFI was okay. The location is very good

Rooms are on the small side and there was no hot water when I tried it but the water wasn't that cold so it didn't bother me.

Small family run budget hotel in a very convenient location on a quiet lane in north-west Thamel. Rooms are small and simple but comfortable enough. The staff are all very friendly and do their best to help you out during your stay. Of all the places I've stayed in Thamel by far the quietest and for the price represents excellent value for money!

The staff was kind but not very interested in us .... It felt like they are doing their job and that's it. It was actually forbidden to do washes in a bucket ourselves, even though all facilities were available.

They kept our luggage for a month while we were hiking. Mosquito nets are at the windows :) Located nicely in a side road with dead end, so not much noise there usually! The rooftop is nice for yoga practice and hanging washes.

1. We were there for 3 nights, while there's only 1 night they have hot water for showering.

1. The location is great, it's convenience and with restaurants around. 2. The two young staff are nice and helpful. 3. The restaurant on the first floor is great! The food is good and the price is okay too! 4. They have 24 hrs reception, which is very convenient for us as we arrived at 11:45 pm.

Only one bathroom to share. It is very clean but can get difficult if the place is fully booked.

Everything working well. Clean enough, with ald but comfortable facilities. Value for money! Decor is old fashioned and a bit hard to look at but won't be an inconvenience.. Better than most in this range!

The common bathroom was really not very clean or nice. Also the room without bathroom was a bit dark & depressing.

The staff was super kind, they helped me a lot when I was sick. They also had great food! The rooms with private bathroom are really comfortable! Location also good.

There were some workings in the street, it was noisy early in the morning. But it's not a blame of the hotel, I think

I had everything I needed: hot water (sometimes you have to wait couple of minutes for it), wi-fi (quite stable), a comfortable bed, a fan. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was happy to stay here.

I paid the same price that I would pay for a bed in a dorm but I got a private room, good internet, clean bedsheets etc. Can't complain at all.

So, all in all lads, if you're there for a 1 day lay off, the room is gonna satisfy all your basic needs. Internet is fine, fan works properly.

The bathroom and balcony/ rooftop could use some more attention to make it more comfortable.

The location is nice in a quiet part of bruising Thamel. For a reasonable price you get a decent room. The staff is kind and helpful, especially the owner. WiFi is stable enough. Food is delicious. Overall it was a good stay. Good for long and short term.

I asked to store my luggage for a few hours. When I came back, my backpack was still standing in front of the reception unguarded. So everybody could basically take it. Also the shower was lukewarm and the place could use some fixing up.

Centrally located in a quiet part of Thamel and good price for a 1 night stay.
