The hot shower is unstable and sometimes stops completely after about 5 minutes of use.

I wish there were free transportation to and fro the airport.

Staff were very helpful and responded immediately to requests such as questions about how to turn on the hot shower or aircon. When I arrived, the staff also ushered me inside and made me feel welcome, saw to my check-in, and helped to bring my luggage all the way up to my room even though there's a lift and I could have done it myself. I also liked that there was working wifi and aircon, and the room was in good condition; the bed was very comfortable. Most of all, I felt safe as a solo traveler.

Building old, but maintained reasonably well. I can't call this as a Luxury Hotel.

Very convenient hotel right outside Airport Compound. Rooms are reasonably clean. Bedsheets, Towels etc clean. Reasonably good restaurant present in the hotel. They gave us limited menu, but good fresh, hygienic complementary breakfast.

Nobody clean our room during our 4 night stay.

Food is good. Location is good. Hotel Manager Peter is very helpful. I left my bag when I leave from hotel. But, Peter helps me to bring my bag to air port. Thank you Peter.

In my room 405 wifi was painfully slow. Outside my window there were some hanging, blinking christmas lights that even with curtains closed gave a disco feeling at night - but I slept well anyway. There were no chairs or table in the room, but the staff brought one chair.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, accommodating, helpful and friendly. Overall, the Hotel made a very good impression on me and the room was very neat and clean. There was a slight misunderstanding between booking.com and the Hotel about an upgrade I paid for regarding a room with balcony, so the Hotel gave me a complimentary breakfast. I felt well taken care of. I can easily recommend this hotel.

The staff was overly friendly which was actually quite annoying. They made a really big deal out of breakfast but then we still got it 45min later and they still managed to get the order wrong. If you make something into a big deal, be sure to deliver results. Staffs english was mediocre and it was difficult to communicate. The rooms had zero soundproofing so all the noise came in from the corridors.

We had deluxe double room which was spacious and the AC was working fine.

While the hotel was great, the booking service (Booking.com) had some issues. They did not book the room we asked for and the initial "click" said breakfast was included. It was not. We got breakfast down the street, but really would have paid the extra few dollars for the local breakfast (Manager said it was $2.50 for breakfast add on). I think there is some disconnect from the Booking.com site.

Very friendly staff. They tried to give you the best experience without being overbearing. They had clean rooms. They were basic but everything worked (good shower, nice AC, doors/drawers closed on closet etc). They were walkable to the hotel but offered a ride when it was hot in the middle of the day. Sheets were clean. We appreciate a firm bed (but not hard like a board) so slept well. There were some restaurants nearby to get meals. This was a transit hotel for us and worked very well. We had some issues with our booking, but the staff and manager did everything to help and it all turned out fine. They have trained their staff well.

The staff and other guests were very noisy during the night. We slept very badly. The manager was very apologetic in the morning and gave us a free taxi which we appreciated.

The room was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The breakfast was good.
