United KingdomWe had a wonderful stay here! The location is excellent—very convenient and close to everything. The service was perfect, and the staff were incredibly polite and respectful throughout our stay. Our room was clean, and the housekeeping team ensured it was cleaned daily. The food was fantastic, especially the breakfast, which offered a great variety, including continental, Indian, and Nepalese options. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive free complimentary breakfast throughout our stay. Overall, this place met our expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay in Kathmandu.

Everything was excellent we should land at kathmandu airport at 11 pm but because of heavy rain we landed at 4am and I had booked in advance for airport pickup once I landed and done with immigration I called hotel they make sure to arrive in 15mins to pickup and brought to hotel every thing was excellent location,staff,rooms,we got I'll and extended 1 day and they make sure if we need medical help or any they can.please visit them and give a chance for there hospitality.thank you to every staff from security guard to till upper class position make our stay feel like home.

Clean rooms and bathrooms. Roof top restaurant had a good appeal. good breakfast. and dinner, everything freshly made. small outdoor area in front of the hotel so ta car can be parked for loading unloading the luggage.; very helpful staff.

NepalBooking.com said I will be given a 15% discount on food and beverages but I was only given 10% discount at the hotel's restaurant :( but the restaurant staff extended this 10% discount even after I had checked out (on the same day) so not so unhappy about it. Also, when taking a shower and hair falls on the floor, it was difficult to "catch" the hair such that it does not clog the drain, this was due to how the shower drain was designed. As such, this results in having a pool of dirty water on the feet while continuing to shower, which was very uncomfortable. I hope the shower drain design could be improved so that hair can be simply removed while taking a shower (a simple drain design such that you can drag the hair off the drain by swiping the hair away with your slipper etc). Also I could hear scratching noises on the wall (maybe from the next room - resulting in me not being able to continue to sleep in the morning.)
I got sick (not at the hotel) after I checked out but I had left my luggage at the hotel, so I went back and the staff was very perceptive of my quandary and helped a lot. The staff at the restaurant gave me bananas even though it was not ripe yet, because I had needed the bananas badly (to restore my potassium etc as advised by the doctor), without me having to leave the restaurant. Also Sonee at the reception helped me every step of the way to be well enough to resume travel by giving me headache medicine that I needed, she also gave me water and provided me with a place I can rest and charge my phone while waiting for my airport taxi ride that she had also kindly arranged for me at no extra charge and all these even though I was already checked out. I am so grateful to the kind staff at the hotel's reception and restaurant!

AustraliaAbsolutely divine hotel amongst the dust and chaos of Kathmandu. We have stayed here twice and wouldn't consider anywhere else. Always clean, professional, safe, comfortable, and filling (breakfast buffet). We stayed here as a family and really appreciated Sachin's warm character at breakfast. He is the epitome of customer service and charm. They will store luggage for you while you trek, too! Heater in the room works a charm, beds are fluffy and clean, elevator if you're on a higher floor, beautiful rooftop terrace for meals, very clean rooms, and very hot water. Perfect!

United StatesWe had the apartment that is part of the building (big apartment) but as it was a new acquisition, the owner hadn't been able to do the renovations to it yet. That being said, we also went during monsoon season so when it rained like crazy, water leaked into one portion of the living room. The staff came and mopped up each time it happened but I imagine even as I am writing this, the issue is already fixed anyway. Also, the wifi was in a flux state because they were upgrading so the wifi was quite difficult to deal with as it would sometime be available (slow) and sometimes not at all. Very small issues in the big picture and the rest more than made up for it!! I definitely will stay here during my next stay.
This hotel is located right in the heart of all things tourist in the city center. The most chaotic portion of the city (nightlife and such) is within minutes of walking but you can walk in the opposite direction to connect to much more family friendly options like the huge street markets, temples, etc. It truly is a perfect location. There are tons of amazing restaurants within minutes walking too! Nearly right across the street there is a travel agency owned by Sunil Tamang. He will handle everything for your adventures and not be pushy. I strongly recommend him. The breakfast and staff were amazing at the hotel! The owner was very available and made sure we were happy! I even got a private tour of the property as they were doing upgrades. I very much recommend the hotel for all aspects: Location, hospitality, food, etc...
