BulgariaHousekeeping could be better. The room was a bit dusty and the floor never properly cleaned but it's how it is everywhere, it seems. I am sure the staff will take measures to improve.
The staff is very nice, very accommodating, making a lot of efforts to help the guests feel comfortable. Beds were the most comfortable we had during our stay in Nepal, although at first we found them a bit narrow for a 4-star hotel, but they were much better than the beds in the other hotels, which were more expensive. Of all the 4 hotels we stayed at during our stay, this one was the best, also in terms of value. We returned to Kantipur village before flying out, canceling the other hotel that was closer to the airport. Breakfast is absolutely great, the best one we had, including espresso and Nepali tea for no extra charge! We hope this hotel will continue to improve and offer good quality services. Thank you very much!

AustraliaThere wasn't anything to dislike. Perhaps, and if anything, a bit more support and knowledge from the reception staff on where to go to exchange money and to organise tours. I arrived without much of a plan or knowledge of Kathmandu. But not a big deal, the staff were all very nice still. This is a crowded area so make sure you are OK with that.
The location was ideal to explore and experience the old Thamel area. Located in a quiet area at the edge of Thamel, it was perfect for a good nights sleep. The service, the food, the facilities, were all very good. The roof top restaurant has great views and food.

IndiaIt is a 4 start deluxe property and we found the deluxe room to be a bit tight but very nicely done. Close proximity to major sights in Thamel.

Everything i can go short on words from the cleanliness to hospitality they are the best from the time i checked in they made sure to take care of me like a family member the rooms are super clean and the staff is extremely friendly and polite it is by far the bestest hotel i have ever visited in my life special thanks to SHRISHNA, ARPAN, SMITA, RUKESH, KIRAN for going out of the way and taking care of me and not to forget at all mr sagar for showing me the city around he knows alot about kathmandu and he is extremely well behaved and polite i wouldnt have been able to see the city the way he showed me and answered all my questions I am highly impressed by the hospitality and the way kantipur village has now become like my home

AustraliaThe wifi would drop in and out at times, but it always came back on. Other than that, there was nothing we didn't like.
The location is fantastic, the room size of the suite is more than expected, the staff were helpful, the breakfast was amazing, and the suite bath was a spa which was a welcomed surprise! The whole stay absolutely met our needs. The hotel looked after our bags when we were on our Trek, and when we arrived back 2 days early, they extended our stay and were very accommodating. Overall, Exceptional accommodation in a great location in Thamel. Close enough to the action, but just off the main strip, friendly staff, large rooms, well priced - we will stay again when we visit next.
