    Good pricing, centrally located and lots of things to do nearby. Good breakfast and bazaars nearby.

    The intercom/phone in the room as not working. Good to have a working phone to call for service if needed.

    Good location. Breakfast was good and Restaurant staffs were helpful.

    Reception staffs are scammers. They tried to give us a staffy- smelly- unclean room that we didn’t book. Said they don't have any other empty room and booking.com's room descriptions were wrong. We contacted them multiple times via message before arriving and they said everything was ready! When we were leaving, they magically found a good room for us. We wanted to leave but were too tired to find another hotel in the last moment after travelling from Pokhara. Their room services are terrible too. AC was not working properly.

    Room OK. Roof top resteraunt was good

    TV was not working and took a few days to get it fixed.

    It was the worst stay at Nepalaya Hotel in Thamel. The room had a terrible smell, the bedsheet was dirty, and the staff were rude and unprofessional. Breakfast was just okay with very limited options. Also, the airport shuttle is not free—they charged me for it. Totally disappointing experience.

We would like to clarify a few points: Shuttle Service: Our airport pickup service is free of charge, but it must be pre-booked with flight arrival details. Unfortunately, we did not receive your flight information in advance. It appears that instead of using our service, you may have hired a taxi independently and requested the hotel to cover the cost, which is not our policy. Breakfast: We offer a buffet breakfast daily, which includes a variety of options. We regret that it did not meet your expectations during your stay and will review our breakfast service for improvements. Room Cleanliness & Comfort: We take cleanliness and comfort seriously, and we apologize if your room was not up to standard. We encourage all guests to report any issues immediately so we can resolve them on the spot. Staff Behavior: We are surprised and concerned by your comments about our staff. Our team is usually praised for being friendly and helpful. However, we will investigate this further and offer additional training if needed.     Very helpful staff. The driver took us to the bus station and looked for the right bus in the rain. We couldn't cope without him.

    Good for a short stay. They packed our breakfast before due time since we had a bus to catch and also helped to manage bus tickets. The rooftop view is great as well!
