The Hotel is best in every way. The rooms, beds, mattress, linen, bathroom. Very clean. Fantastic staff, ever ready to serve you. Amazing spread of breakfast. Only thing missing is a walldrobe in the room. But can be adjusted with. The location is central.

The location was difficult for most taxi drivers to locate. Perhaps it was due to being a newly opened hotel.

The staff were amazing - Arjun at reception, the ladies at breakfast and the food at FuAsian... all very memorable. I look forward to visiting again. the location is also on a great street with lots of little restaurants.

We liked everything!

The thing I liked most about the hotel was how the staff made us feel at home. They even surprised my girlfriend with a cake on her birthday! We had originally planned to stay at a different hotel for the second part of our trip, but we canceled it because the care we received here was simply outstanding.

Suggest serve more western food in the restaurant, especially the root top bar restaurant.

The location was very convenience near to the city centre, the staff are very friendly and helpful, without any delay i can check in to my room, the room is extremely tidy and clean, and also the WiFi connection is wonderful and TV program just one click connect to the Netflix. Specially thank you for friendly and always smiley Ms Melissa serve me like making me feel at home every morning breakfast time, and also the frontdesk supervisor is so professional helping me to book a cab and bargain a good price for me. I will definitely stay in the hotel again for the next trip when I visit to Kathmanthu again.

Can’t think of anything that was unbearable.

Very clean & well maintained comfortable rooms, hotel and rooftop had an amazing view. The staff were excellent & so welcoming! Nothing too hard. From smiling cleaning staff, reception service to security and concierge staff, it’s definitely the service staff that make this place fantastic. Everyone was very friendly, attentive, approachable and very helpful. Great recommendations of the area as well. Chef Krishna who is very modest & humble made amazing food! Highly recommend! The security, rooftop bar staff, dining and breakfast staff were amazing & delivered great service. A great variety of options for food & very tasty! Could not fault anything with this hotel and service. The views of Kathmandu and sunset were beautiful. Great location and Thamel was a lovely walk. All amenities and ATM’s were nearby including a shopping mall. Great local live bands in the area as well. I stayed here 4x during my visit of Nepal and came back for the staff and service who made my stay very relaxing. Thank you everyone for being so welcoming & looking after Dan & I during our multiple stays!

Nothing to fault, I highly recommend this hotel!

Everything from the room and facilties to food, service and support was perceptive and excellent. Room was very comfortable and clean with nice bed with options of firm & soft pillows, cozy night light, nice shower, easily adjustable silent AC and fully stocked amenities. Breakfast spread was good with choices of local and international fare. Lunch - I had momos - was yummy. Wished I tried their top floor restaurant FuAsian - next time for sure!

The bed, the couch ...everything was hard! It was a challenge to get comfortable.

This place was exceptionally clean and bright. There were quite a few people staying there so it had a nice "bustle" to it. The staff did all they could to help us despite our language gap. Moments after we arrived, we received a "fruit plate" compliments of the establishment.
