The host was very responsive and proactive. We loved the area which is 15 minutes from Thamel and easy to get to. The area is quiet and home is spacious. There is a cafe nearby where you could have breakfast.

New & well renovated with quality furnishing & fixtures, Spotless clean rooms and washrooms, Entire apartment on ground floor, Loved this stay, 20 - 25 min away from Kathmandu city, . Residential area with few restaurants, medical shops, groceries available near. AC provided in both bedrooms, Washing machine & detergent provided for our stay. I would highly recommend this stay. Great support from the host for arranging everything we had requested. Host & family are very warm & welcoming, they are living in upper floors & available for any help

The property is located in an upscale neighbourhood, away from the hustle and noise of the city, under the foothills of Nagarjun forest reserve. The road to reach is good, a separate floor is there for occupancy and the hosts are super helpful. We did everything ranging from temples to casinos to rental bikes, and they helped us along smoothly. The property is newly furnished, so the interiors feel like a hotel. 10/10 recommend for peace, connectivity and comfort.

The owner's son was also incredibly helpful throughout our stay, and we quickly built a wonderful connection with them. It was almost like staying with relatives, thanks to their warm and welcoming demeanor. The apartment itself was well-equipped, with all the kitchen items we needed for a delightful breakfast experience. Having a supermarket conveniently located nearby was a definite plus, making it easy to grab any essentials. I had a fantastic stay in Green Hill Apartment. I was impressed with Mr. Biken Bogati & team's hospitality. Rooms are cozy and decoration was fantastic with comfortable bed, net and clean, living room , kitchen and dinning room is perfect, its like a home! there is no such word which can express my satisfaction. It's TOO far from the airport and deep Inside lanes and it's a HOME rather than an apartment

I haven't stayed but visited the property. It's way tooo far from the airport and it's a standalone house where the owner stays on top n is renting his 2 bed room with 2 bath kitchen n washing machine n kitchen utensils. Ideal for a long stay but NOT for a quick n out kinda plan. The property is absolutely clean n well maintained and there isn't any staff or room service etc. The owners son looks after the property and can guide you'll to taxi, food, transportation etc
