Special thanks to Mr Deepak for his warm hospitality and superb customer service.  He personally brought us to our room to make sure it was to our satisfaction upon check in. He is very attentive to our needs and offers help even before we ask.  He makes us feel at home with his warm greetings and attend to our requests immediately. Breakfast from the restaurant is good with indoor or outdoor garden seats. We can request for complimentary coffee and tea from the restaurant during our stay.  The room comes with WiFi, hot shower, mini fridge, TV and aircon. Bottled water, toothbrush and toothpaste provided. Deepak knows a lot about sightseeing and hiking and also gives suggestions.  Guests can book tours and hiking with him.

I Had a great experience, very flexible with breakfast and check-out. The rooms were clean, and the location was excellent. The hospitality made me feel like a family member; the staff always offered tea, coffee, and other drinks whenever they saw me. If I visit Nepal again, I will definitely stay at Dream City and recommend it to others.

Excelent localisation, quite big, celean and cosy room with clean bathroom with hot water. Big and tasty brekfast with yummi milk tea. Very frendly and helpful and talkative personel. Place highly recomended.

Mr Krishna was the most welcoming host. Kind, open, honest, friendly and helpful. It really made our stay exceptionally good. They are refurbishing so the hospitality made up for the rougher edges. We were also welcomed to join in the Tihar celebrations. And the location was great. Quiet, yet central.

Its good value for money and as per the payment done the comfort is not equal to luxury but the hospitality is so good.

The staff were so nice and caring. They served me so well always asking if everything is fine. They came on time to pick me up. The location is very good for shopping and walking around. Its a very nice and busy area.

Hotel is in the middle of Thamel, but because of nice garden it looks like you’re in a peaceful place. The rooms are really big, clean and they have everything you need. The best of this hotel is their stuff. The day starts with delicious breakfast. All day cleaning the surrounding and inside the hotel. They also gives you everything you need anytime. They are all so kind that make your stay even more pleasant.

I must recommend Hotel Dream City for their exceptional service during our stay there. From day One we checked in the staff in the hotel were friendly, efficient and always took care of all our needs. Most admired was Krishna . He made sure everything was fine during our stay. The hotel is easily accessible to the streets in Thamel.I would give plus star for the service they provided.

I'd probably avoid the massage place attached to the property--but I don't think it's affiliated with the hotel.

Liked it so much, I came back for another stay. See my previous review. Comfortable rooms, really nice breakfast, perfect location, excellent value, and genuine, pleasant, and extremely helpful staff and management. (I don't think I've ever been gifted a Tibetan scarf upon leaving before! :-) ) Once more, a thank you to Mr. Krishna and Mr. Depak and the whole staff.

In the heart of Thamel yet peace and quiet surrounding. Like the garden outside. Like a little oasis. The manager, Krishna and the team was very helpful in all aspects of my stay and sightseeing suggestions. Highly recommend staying here.

The way Krishna welcomed us and helped us extent our booking was incredible. The rooms were nice and spacious, a restful place in the middle of the busy Thamel. We felt the care he took for us was genuinely from the heart. Anything we needed was taken care of and we were even upgraded to one of the best rooms. Thank you Krishna!

The breakfast was delicius and we can choose whatever we want. The service was very quick and nice. The room was very clean, comfortable, hot water, very good wi-fi connection and very good service for room. The location is in the center of Thamel, but instead of that it was very quite because they have a beautiful garden. All staff is very kind and they help in any case.
