Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Special thanks to Mr Deepak for his warm hospitality and superb customer service. He personally brought us to our room to make sure it was to our satisfaction upon check in. He is very attentive to our needs and offers help even before we ask. He makes us feel at home with his warm greetings and attend to our requests immediately. Breakfast from the restaurant is good with indoor or outdoor garden seats. We can request for complimentary coffee and tea from the restaurant during our stay. The room comes with WiFi, hot shower, mini fridge, TV and aircon. Bottled water, toothbrush and toothpaste provided. Deepak knows a lot about sightseeing and hiking and also gives suggestions. Guests can book tours and hiking with him.

Mr Krishna was the most welcoming host. Kind, open, honest, friendly and helpful. It really made our stay exceptionally good. They are refurbishing so the hospitality made up for the rougher edges. We were also welcomed to join in the Tihar celebrations. And the location was great. Quiet, yet central.

SloveniaHotel is in the middle of Thamel, but because of nice garden it looks like you’re in a peaceful place. The rooms are really big, clean and they have everything you need. The best of this hotel is their stuff. The day starts with delicious breakfast. All day cleaning the surrounding and inside the hotel. They also gives you everything you need anytime. They are all so kind that make your stay even more pleasant.

Liked it so much, I came back for another stay. See my previous review. Comfortable rooms, really nice breakfast, perfect location, excellent value, and genuine, pleasant, and extremely helpful staff and management. (I don't think I've ever been gifted a Tibetan scarf upon leaving before! :-) ) Once more, a thank you to Mr. Krishna and Mr. Depak and the whole staff.
