Great communication - and very attentive and friendly staff. The owner helped me book a safari and even helped me fix a broken tail-light on my motorbike! If and when I come back, I'll be sure to stay there again.

Everything! especially the gardens it was like a paradise, full of the most colourful flowers I have seen and birdsong, lovely clean room with outside balcony looking straight into the garden, food was lovely, nothing was too much trouble for the owner Kumar who went out and got me a bottle shower gel free of charge and took me to the Safari pick up and my next hotel free of charge, an exceptional place run by an exceptional man.

A large school trip arrived during my stay with excited students, which was very noisy at times. However, I enjoyed being invited to join their evening cultural dance show.

All the staff were polite helpful, and Kumar in particular was great with helping me organise outside activities. I love the balcony with seats and the beautiful garden environment. I love the quiet location on the edge of town within easy walking distance.

The owner Kumar is easy to talk to and gave us some rides by his car for free. Super friendly Thank you so much. The garden is an oasis of plants and flowers you can stay easy a whole day in and relax. There are also some animals 🐕 🐈 🐝 🐓 inside so you might not feel the need to go on the typical safari 😁

room size very good, grounds lovely. close to river town and restaurants. the best thing though is the staff. they went above and beyond what you would expect on our recent stay. without their help we would have been stuck in chitwan and missed our flight home due to the terrible floods. somehow they managed to get us safely back to kathmandu in time.

It's really tidy and serene. Also, the staff is quite cordial. It is really worth it. The hotel arranges for everything, including transport, so you don't need to worry about getting around. What a wonderful experience we had!!! Thank you

When it rained the power went out - be aware of that

Beautiful property and very nice rooms. Staff were absolutely incredible for my entire stay, they were very attentive and friendly and were always making sure you had what you needed. The owner went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and ensured I enjoyed my stay to the fullest. You’ll have an exceptional stay here, definitely recommend! :)

The hotel has a big garden and lot of flowers. Kumar, the owner of the hotel, is a very nice man. He is very helpful and arranged the safari tours and picked up. The staffs is very nice as well. The bbq chicken was very tasty and remember to try one. Please tips the staff when you leave.

This was a great place to stay in Chitwan. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly, he helped sort our busses and jungle walking safari. The food was also very tasty and the garden was amazing! Would recommend this hotel highly.

Very relaxing atmosphere, the garden is beautiful and the location is perfect: on a quiet street but walking distance from the main street and the riverside. Also the owner is really helpful with arranging tours (for a fair price!). Highly recommend!
