1) Too slow service. 2) Have to tell every small thing to bring crockery etc. 3) When you call for room cleaning they may take 8-10 hrs. 4) But staff forget one or another thing every time when order is placed . 5) seems shortage of staff or untrained.

The swimming pool was not big enough for more people and rooftop restaurant was nice but it was very hot due to not enough A/C

My room was just below the restaurant floor so I could see nice views from the balcony. The location of the hotel is only a few minutes away from the Fewa Lake.

Need to wait whole day for the room attendants to clean our room. So, I think hotel management team should focus on that as well.

The location was stunning. We got to see a bit of the mountain range on clear mornings. The breakfast was decent and filling. We enjoyed the views.

The breakfast was not up to the standards.Buffet menu very less and not high quality.Should have been better according to the room rate.

The location is not the best, there are some works being done around the hotel, but to be honest from the rooftop swimming pool you get a nice view. Be aware, when we paid, the staff member from the reception tried to overcharge us twice! In the end the strategy worked and she still managed to overcharge me 700npr, my mistake. I tried to contact the hotel on booking and no response. Overall, you can find a better stay for the same amount of money

Rooms are not maintained. Also we didn't get 15% discount in food bill, though in booking.com it's shows discount of 15% will be provided in food bill.

Just wanted a nice but not too expensive place for 1 night before starting trekking tour. We asked for a higher floor room and what a fantastic room we had with super views of the mountains! Very good sized room and bathroom, super good sized bed and great working shower, nice balcony to soak up the stunning views. Average breakfast, good service and extremely helpful!!! Very nice young gentlemen at the reception helped us with our suitcase and another reservation when we are back from our trekking tour.

The electricity in the room (light, fridge, power plugs, etc.) were only working for ca. one hour, afterwards the access card must be removed from the slot and re-insert. Hence, during sleeping no electronic devices were charged, a/c does not work, light does not work on the way to the bath room, etc. Further, the pictures of the pool don’t show the security wall around the pool, hence it is no infinity pool like indicated on the pictures. The bed was rather uncomfortable, at it had something hard in the middle.

Location and Price was very good. the view on the mountains from the pool is awesome. The rooms look like on the pictures.
