How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

no complaints really - OK, it is not a 5 star facility with entertainment - this is an in-airport hotel. (it is actually outside the terminal, but across the road)
Very close to the airport, go here if you have an early flight out. The facilities are good and the airco works.

Hospitality from front of house staff to the kitchen was exceptional. Especially Manager Santosh and his crew - Gaurav, Sradha, Pradip, Goma, Pramila,Jivan and Sanup - couldnt remeber all the other wondeful staff names - apologies for that. Food was exceptional - esp Continental Breaky. Room was hi-tech was card operated power system.

While this is not a formal complaint, I would like to express my preference for improved water pressure in the shower, as it appears to be currently lacking.
The property offers convenient airport access and is staffed by exceptionally courteous personnel. Furthermore, it represents a strong value proposition.

My bed had the head to the north which is very inauspicious vastu and the quilt was too thick.
I thought the lemon juice I got when I arrived was amazing.

I stayed four times at this hotel. Perfect location for a stay between flights. This time, while waiting for the room to be prepared for the early check-in, Dipshika at the reception told me about the tours the hotel can organize and the sight to see in Kathmandu. A most wonderful chat on an early morning. She monitored to make sure the room is prepared adequately.

I always use hot or warm water to take shower or body wash for my health reasons. In the room 419 which I stayed no hot water at all. It became a big burden to me. That was the only bad thing there. It was a big one.
Very close to Airport , Manager was very good and he assisted to get Taxis. All the staff was nice. Food in the Restaurant was very good.

Great stop over before transferring to a tour. Conveniently located directly outside the airport after a long flight, arriving in the wee hours of the morning. Very friendly staff from reception, to restaurant to security. Great value for money with wifi, full breakfast and good sized room with comfortable bed and pillows.

The rooms might look a little tired and the breakfast is not as extensive as city hotels but these factors do not override the convenience of being so close to the airport terminal
The most important thing about this hotel is its location. It is about 5 mins walk from the terminal with a range of outlets alongside serving food and drinks if you don't want to eat in the hotel itself. The room was very large with a "wetroom" style bathroom. The staff are very friendly and helpful and (probably) everyone stays just one night so you can live with any short comings.

A short walk across the car park from the airport. Lovely staff and good breakfast. Large room with working AC. A good budget hotel as close to the airport as you could get.

There was no hot water when I took a shower in the evening, and the next morning.
It was literally within walking distance of the airport. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

No hot water.
+++ location for a late flight - can walk to the hotel from the airport. Great service from the night manager who couldn’t have been more welcoming. Great food. Surprisingly quiet in our room & comfortable beds. Very basic facilities, however location makes up for this for an overnight stay.
