Noisy rooms because it’s on the main road, and the rooms and stairs require a little bit more cleaning.

I feel bed was uncomfortable...the spring over the bed was hurting me.

Very kind personnel. Nice simple room. One of the most comfortable beds we had in Nepal. Lovely roof terrace with views on the mountains by good weather.

The bed sheets had staines, and don't expect too much from the breakfast, it's a tea, bread and jam. That's it.

The room's size was ok, and there was a fan and a balcony with a nice view and hot water all the time.

The price of the room,food,beverage are too affordable . And i was thinking thy charge certain percentage for room service but thy didn't i was happy for that and i like the most.

Wooden furniture was dusty. Bamboo and mirrors in reception needed cleaning. Noisy BBQ on the roof one night - need to check if planning to stay.

Location and views were very good. Balcony. Bed linen was clean. Bathroom was clean except mirror. Nice big table.

The bathroom sink could have been cleaner. The noise from the lobby reverberates up the stairs so if anyone is chatting down there I could hear it. It’s not a big deal if you are a sound sleeper like me, but other people might be bothered. Also there is a limited amount of hot water so long showers are unlikely.

Raja RAM the manager was incredibly helpful and welcoming. He picked me up at the bus station and dropped me when I left. Extending my stay was really easy and he had lots of suggestions for local sites. They also have a partnership with the only spa in Dulikhel - so if you really need a bath you can get one. I got a massage and body scrub from them. I was so relaxed I started to fall asleep right at the end! The dhal here is delicious! Also the masala chai is great. I loved watching the sun rise or set from the rooftop cafe they have. The view on a clear day is spectacular and partly cloudy days make the sunsets more colorful.

The room was dirty with a huge spider in the bathroom, mosquitoes and roaches downstairs... No hot water, dinner took 2,5 hours to prepare... Not satisfied

The view is great from the room top! 10/10! The guys were very kind and helpful, even when sometimes they did not have the English words to communicate everything. The food was also very tasty! Had a nice warm shower and could also hang my laundry in the sun on the rooftop. The sunrise and sunset are both very lovely from the rooftop also!

The room was a little dusty and the bathroom wasn’t clean. But we gave this as a feedback at the end of our stay, so maybe for the next one it will be better :)

The staff was very friendly en so helpfull! Great service! Their food was amazing! One of our best dhal baats en the masala omelet for breakfast was delicious!
