Absolutely blown away by the amazing attentive smiling staff - just beautiful. Breakfast delicious, comfortable bed and pillows - couldn’t ask for anything better Thank you everyone for making our stay fabulous - I would not hesitate to book - we have been travelling for last 6 months and value for money comfortably I would highly rate - we went to roof top bar and within 5 minutes we were bought a glass of water

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and professional in all aspects. Property was clean and neat. Our family really appreciated the help getting picked up from the airport and dropped off again. Shower was amazing!

I didn't like that it was so different from photos and the bathroom smelt like mothballs because they put them in the sink.

A slight damp smell when we entered the room. The room was on the small side but fine for a night.

Great small hotel close to the airport. Comfortable room and bed, great shower - hot and good pressure. Had dinner and the food was really, really good with the price very reasonable. Breakfast was good with a nice selection. Free shuttle to the airport was a bonus (even though the airport was walking distance from the hotel).

1. Peaceful place, 2. Wonderful hospitality, Very helpful staffs , 3. The food was awesome feels like home , "GUNDRUK" achar was mouthwatering with beautiful serving and resonable price, 4. Quick and excellent room service, 5. They came to airport to receive us, the driver was nice, 6. Walking distance if you want public transportion, 7. Easily accessible location for ride sharing options, 8. Lift is there, 9. Awesome rooftoop dining facility, you can also dine-in at ground floor, 10. Clean , odourless rooms and bathroom, 11. Hot water shower was great, 12. Bed was very comfy , you won't hurt your back at all AND warm, 13. We did early check in at 9 am, and after check out we stored our luggage and went outside for some work before the flight. 14. We walked to pashupatinath for evening aarati, took us about 15 minutes. ========== = I would love to see some fire extinguisher in hallway and evacuation map posted in each room in case of emergency. = I WOULD recommend some milk/black/green tea bags as compliment not just coffee. = I couldn't cast netflix because some software update issue in TV. ========= Finally, i am recommending airport diana hotel to all my friends and family.

It took a long time to pick me up at the airport. The road to the airport is not good for walking.

The room was small, but it was comfortable for me to stay alone. and clean. The A/C worked well, and the breakfast was okay.

The breakfast buffet has several options, but I felt like it could be improved, especially the variety of the food available as well as the cold/hot drinks. That would make the hotel even better than it is right now!

Very nice and helpful staff! Room was clean, comfy, and wifi was great. They helped me book a cab to Nagarkot when I left, they even arranged the price on my behalf! They picked me up at the airport, even though it was not super easy to find the hotel van amongst 100 similar cars, but I can’t complain as it was free and went fast anyways :) Overall, I really enjoyed the hospitality of the staff and the room facilities.

The only things I could mention here are not responsibility of the hotel itself (aka air pollution) - I was very happy with my stay there!

The staff was so kind and helpful, the room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. A very fair price for what it is, conveniently close to the airport with a free shuttle.
