To check in and check out you nedd to pick uo the key in the hotel which is 10 min car drive away. Coming from other direction this means that you have to calculate 20 min extra time and driving costs in the evening and the same 20 min trip in the morning which was even more inconvenient because we were hurrying for the trek to leave early. No way to leave the key somewhere in the cottage, the stuff very uncooperative. They dont answer emails, calling them we were informed: it is already 10 years like this to pick up and return the key in the hotel and they will not change it ( beause its 21st century). Never heard about keybox???

The reception is around 10 km from the cottage. We rented linen packages for 4 people but discovered that in a pillow cover for 1 person was missing. We called reception who informed us that the only option was to drive back the 10 km to get it. When we got there, no apologies or comments from the staff. Old furniture that did trigger some dust allergies.

More precise description of the location where the cabin is. It was difficult to find and the hotels were spread three different locations within 8-10 km. The check in /out at another hotel 8 km away was a bit inconvenient.

The nature and surrounding of the cabins are excellent (Vierli). We where first sent to another cabin, 3 km away from what the reservation address confirmed. The first cabin was at a really poor state, dirty bathroom and location was not perfect. But we got upgraded and the hotel was very serviceminded. It ended up as a good experience.

We had a great 2night, 3day stay in this cozy cabin. It was relatively clean, and since it was off-season, we were able to enjoy some quiet family time. The sauna was a perfect way to relax and unwind. On top of that, there’s a hill behind the cabin that offers a beautiful view from the top, it was truly a highlight. Overall, I was very satisfied and would gladly stay here again in the future.

There is no terrace as stated in the text. There was no space to sit outside as the grass was not cut. But even if it would have been cut, there was no space.

Not really suitable for 1 night. Key pick up is 8km away but we were mostly disturbed by the fact we didn’t read the fine print carefully and had to pay 800 NOK extra for bedlinnen 4pax.

Nice cabin with upgrade because of construction works on the roof of the cabin we booked. In wintertime the sauna will be nice.

Collecting the apartment key is far (15 minutes drive) from the apartment. Had to pay extra and very expensive for the towels and bed linens and we have to put them on ourselves. Very few dining (restaurant) options nearby but there is a kitchen for self catering.

The apartment is big with 2 bedrooms and bunk beds and living room, dining table and fully equipped kitchen. Very comfortable and clean. If you coming for ski then its perfect place because its right by the ski lift. Washing machine but we didn't use it.

The furniture is getting a bit old but it didn't really bother us. Internet in the evenings was not strong enough for streaming. Ski rental and skiing instructions are at a different site a few minutes down the road rather than in Vierli. You have to walk up quite a steep side of a slope to get to the rental shop and instructions for beginners were on an icy blue slope. Our kids didn't want to continue lessons after two hefty crashes. We taught them at the slope in Vierli ourselves which is the right level for beginners.

We had a small hut in Vierli with two bedrooms that had a bunk bed each. One of the lower bunks was big enough to sleep two. A small bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. The main room was a living room with wood oven (wood is provided in a box by the hut), kitchen (with waffle maker), a dining area and a swivel TV. The car is parked between the huts by the front door. There is a little storage room by the front door to leave shoes and ski boots. The views from every window were amazing, particularly the sundown. The hut is right next to an easy slope with lift which was perfect for introducing our kids to skiing. It was very quiet in the mornings and only a little bit of queuing in the afternoon. We also loved the massive ice castle for sliding down with mats etc (bring your own). Plenty of cross-country tracks for families. You can also rent sleighs for kids that can be pulled by the lift. There are saunas on site that can be rented. We didn't know so didn't bring our swimming costumes. The café next door was great too with indoor and outdoor seating, lunches (chips, burgers, bagels etc) and hot drinks to warm up. We had a fantastic time!

Check-in/out location is 8+ kilometers away. This was not clearly indicated (the pick-up location was mentioned, just not that it was so far away). Initially we could not find the cabin, and we called the reception. Instead of helping us finding the right one, we were criticized that this never happened to anyone before. Our overall experience was that from a facility perspective everything was great, but from a service perspective the experience could have been a lot better, without too much effort, it all comes down to communication. Only thing we missed from a facility perspective was a drying rack in the cabin.

That linen is extra to pay and extra work to put on. this information is hidden in fine print at time of booking. Apartment advertised for 8 but would house only 6 comfortably. A bit difficult to locate at the end of a long days driving. Key must be picked up and returned like 10 kilometers away.

There were no bed sheets which was not clear from the ad and has to be rented separately. Also no bathroom soap or towels. Perfectly fine for longer stays when you bring your own, but a bit inconvenient to discover upon arrival when only staying the night.

We were missing a colander and a dish towel in the kitchen, and another smaller pot would have been useful. Otherwise, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed.

We stayed in a beautiful, large cottage in an amazing location with stunning views and plenty of opportunities for nature trips right on the doorstep. There are sufficiently large rooms, two toilets, a bathroom and a sauna. Unfortunately, we didn't use the sauna due to the hot weather. The place must be amazing in winter, too.

Strugled to find the right location as google took us to resturan instead to reception building, which is 10 ish kilometres away from given coordinates. Fortunately, staff arrived that pointed me to the right place.
