Everything was great. Very easy to get there and get inside. Close to everything. The room was a little small but comfortable. The breakfast was very vast, fresh and tasteful. They served gluten free bread, which I have rarely found at most of my stays. Helpful staff. Alt var perfekt 😊

Nobody in person there. We choosed this hotel because breakfast was included and we saw the pictures from the buffet in the announcement. Next morning there was no buffet for breakfast. By coincidence we found some sandwiches, chocolate bars, Joghurts, milk and crackers in the fridge. We were disappointed. They should have let us know that beforehand.

It was clean and we received an email with the access code. The heating in the room was on.

This is actually a hostel. Not a hotel. We stay in hostels often and this one had extremely nice facilities for a hostel. But we were paying quite a lot, expecting a hotel which it definitely is not.

I would describe this as a very, very, nice hostel. Calling it a hotel though, is a stretch. Nice, but extremely basic. I would not pay this kind of money again.

Fundamentally a good place - you can sleep & shower etc & see the lake. Breakfast also good. Particularly good point: Laundry room. Also: Outdoor picnic area, excellent.

The cleanliness was terrible – the room was dirty, and I even found a spider inside. I felt uncomfortable and scared the whole night and couldn’t sleep peacefully.

This has got to be the most ridiculously impractical hotel room I've ever stayed in. Bathroom sink is miniature with no surrounding space. To find the waste basket you have to crawl under the desk and I just had to laugh when I found out that the only place to operate the water heater would be on the floor or on the edge of a shelf. Also if you want to provide EV charging do put up a sign to prevent people blocking it by simply parking

In principle I'm fine with the all automated access but it does feel a bit odd for a not that small hotel to have no resident staff. And yes a water heater was present but read more below

The room looked way different than the pictures shown on the web side, I felt bad to bring my family there. The price is way too high for this condition. I paid similar money in other hotels with way better conditions. The wall has no sound isolation. The noise from the drain pipe was so loud that it woke me up a few times during the night. Another thing is who is using the toilet in the middle of the night. Strange place. Never again.

Headed to Sarpsborg on a road trip to catch the football so had booked any reasonably priced hotel for the night. It's fair to say this hotel surprised us. Slightly out of the centre (albeit a pleasant 15 minute walk to the stadium) we arrived at the hotel to self check in (very convenient) and to a standard room, tidy and clean. The hotel interior is nice, giving off a wooden cabin vibe (a la Twin Peaks). Breakast was a mix of cooked and continental. Very nice.

Bathroom small, no shower separator/curtains so the shower is flooding the floor. A lil too pricey but its got all u need! Amazing breakfast and the comfortable bed makes up for it!

Sooo comfortable bed! Easy check in with a code. Looked clean, Nice and calm location. Is very central. The breakfast is one of the best ive had. It has every norwegian standard stuff you would usually eat! Super fast internet.
