Cómo funcionan los comentarios de los clientes
Cada puntuación de los comentarios está comprendida entre 1 y 10. Ten en cuenta que los clientes envían sus subpuntuaciones y puntuaciones generales de manera independiente, de modo que no hay relación directa entre ellos.
Puedes dejar un comentario sobre un Alojamiento que hayas reservado a través de nuestra Plataforma si te has alojado allí o si llegaste al alojamiento pero no te quedaste. Si quieres modificar un comentario que ya enviaste, ponte en contacto con nuestro equipo de Atención al cliente.
Contamos con personas y sistemas que están especializados en detectar comentarios falsos enviados a través de nuestra Plataforma. Si encontramos alguno, lo borramos y, si es necesario, tomamos las acciones necesarias contra la persona responsable.
Si alguna persona ve algo sospechoso, puede comunicárselo en todo momento al equipo de Atención al cliente para que nuestro equipo de Fraude pueda investigarlo.
Idealmente, publicamos todos los comentarios que recibimos, ya sean negativos o positivos. No obstante, no publicamos aquellos comentarios que contienen o hacen referencia, entre otras cosas, a:

El Alojamiento puede decidir si responder o no a los comentarios.

Comentario auténticoEl desayuno es excelente en este hotel, de gran calidad, buena variedad, sientes que obtienes gran valor por lo que inviertes en la habitación. No es una habitación grande, pero cumple muy bien, tiene una buena cama, mesa con espacio para cargadores, y extras que no esperaba. Un buen baño y pude tener una ventana iluminada que agradecí.
No me gustó el lugar donde está ubicado el hotel. Muy cerca había un parque que en varias ocasiones vi con personas que al parecer deambulaban sin trabajo. También vi policías solicitando documentación a locales. Hay muy cerca un supermercado y la calle al frente está rota y algo sucia. En resumen, no es el barrio que esperas estar cuando visitas un país con este perfil económico.

Comentario auténticoEl personal fue en general muy agradable. Tienen té y café gratis a cualquier hora del día, además de algunas piezas de fruta en la recepción. El desayuno está genial, con mucha variedad. La habitación tenía un buen tamaño, e incluye televisión y una pequeña nevera. También tienen el detalle de dejar te y café instantáneo gratis en la habitación. En el baño hay secador de pelo. El hotel está situado en un buena zona, muy cerca de la ópera y la catedral.
El baño en general y sobre todo la ducha es bastante pequeña. Una de las dos habitaciones que alquilamos tenía algo de ruido por la noche. Las cortinas de la habitación estaban un poco sucias, pero por lo general estaba bastante limpio.

El baño es muy muy pequeño. Nada cómodo. Además la nevera de la habitación hace mucho ruido

Comentario auténticoEl desayuno era super completo y es un detallazo tener manzanas, cruasanes y bebidas (café y té) durante todo el día en la recepción. La habitación es lo que era más normalita, pero suficiente para descansar.
