Wish there was hair conditioner in the bathtub. I travel quite a bit so I don’t bring shampoo or conditioner since places provide them.

Considering we were a family with young kids, I thought putting us on the first floor overlooking a busy street was an odd choice. Not surprisingly there was music and noise from the street until quite late. We handled it fine, but it's actually quite a big hotel with plenty of courtyard rooms.

The frosted bathroom door. This is not good as it casts the light into the room, so if everyone is not ready to get up at the same time it's disturbing those still sleeping. Also, having more shelf space in the bathroom would have been helpful!

Great location! About 2 blocks from the Oslo central train station and in the heart of the Karl Johans part of town. The windows are super sound proof and we had a fan in our room to help circulate air and keep us cool. Family room style - double bed and bunk beds.

Breakfast location: you need to walk across the inner “garden” to access the breakfast room. If it rains, you get wet. As long as you’re prepared, it’s fine as the breakfast itself is great and varied.

Breakfast was quite nice, lots of choices. Location is gold. Not too far from Munch museum, National Museum, and other attractions. Also, walking distance from Oslo S.

The hotel is in a perfect central location. Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, and if your room is ready, they’ll check you in right away—no fuss. The breakfast was outstanding, one of the best we’ve had, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised and really enjoyed our stay.

The tiny bathroom! There is very little space to dry off after showering and it was practically impossible to sit straight on the toilet due to the unfeasonably large sink. You had to sit at an angle, swivel around and sit with the aforementioned monstrosity on your knee! If you are a larger person, you will really struggle to use to this bathroom and toilet.

Location was great, staff were very friendly and welcoming, excellent breakfast, comfy bed.

The rooms are a little bit small...but not something extreme. A recommendation from my side is that the door for the bathroom shouldn't be from glass...If you use the bathroom during the night the light it is too strong and everybody who sleeps in the room has a lot of chances to wake up...

Central location with easy access to many sightseeing spots and 2 minutes from the central train station. Very good breakfast with lot of options.

In my single room the bathroom was very small. So small that I had to be mindful not to hit the shower enclosure while brushing teeth or washing hands. Could get annoying over a few days. I also heard some noise over the night, but perhaps coming from the outside.

Amazing breakfast! The warm dishes were very well-prepared; not like your average hotel buffet. The staff were cleaning away the used plates diligently. The location is also very central, and it was really good value for money. The bed was also very comfortable, and it was definitely possible to darken the room entirely.

Really great breakfast with many warm and cold choices. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds, slept really well. Free Nespresso coffee and tea in the lobby. Good hotel for a few nights to explore Oslo. Close to train station and many sights.

the pillows were awful, I couldn't even call that a pillow, we were basically sleeping with our head in the mattress, got neck pain for 2 days

overall everything was good, the staff was always nice and respectful, the breakfast had a great variety of things to choose from and was good, you always have free coffee at the entrance if you want, room kinda small but nice, the bed were comfortable too

In a good location just off of Karl Johan Gate and a couple of blocks from the train station. The staff was pleasant. The room though small (single room) it was perfectly adequate. The included breakfast buffet was very good.

The bathroom was ridiculously small, you couldn't bend in the shower to wash properly, you couldn't dry properly.

The location and the breakfast were fine. But Oslo is packed with hotels in this area, therefore wouldn't consider the location a bonus.
