The shower could do with a bit of refresh but it did work well.

It was VERY hot in the room. Since there is no aircon, a fan would have been welcomed.

The location was great! Right in front of a bus stop and situated close to the main square with shops and restaurants. The breakfast was really good! Great selection and good quality. The beds were comfy.

The tiny double bed room is hardly big enough for a single person. I would not have been happy with that room. Thanks reception staff, I got a bigger room.

I liked the helpful staff. At first, I received a modernised, yet tiny room. Not even a flat surface big enough for a laptop. Talking to the reception staff solved the problem immediately. I got a non-modernised room double the size but 100% the same price :)

The room was so small that traveling with a bigger suitcase I wouldn’t know how to open. The room temperature was only 17 degrees and wasn’t able to get warmer. The receptionist didn’t know how to change. Smiling is seemingly not a strength of Norwegian people.

Considering the extra charge for the room, due to my pet (a cat), I expected a better room. Unfortunately it seems that, although the extra cost for the cleaning not mentioned on Booking (it actually says that no extra charges would be added), rooms given to guests with pets are not the best. Still a very nice room but a bit updated and with some small issues due to use in time. But still very clean and with all comforts.

The staff is very friendly and professional. Very good breakfast. Parking. Pet friendly. Nearby the highway. Very clean room.

Gym was closed, not a lot of vegan breakfast options, no minibar in the room, the TV signal was weak, could hear people snoring in the other room and make noise in the very early morning....

Everything else was good. Easy to check in, free breakfast, the elevator worked, the room was okay, the shower was good, two sets of towels, decent range of TV shows, etc.

Parking is not possible at the hotel itself, so you have to park in the shopping mall parking or further away. There is no direct access to the hotel from the mall, so you have to go outside of the mall and around the building to find the entrance of the hotel. Rather annoying, especially since there is no sign pointing you to the hotel anywhere in the mall. The hotel should make a deal with the shopping mall parking for the hotel customers, so it would be cheaper to park the car there.

The hotel is in the middle of town, built onto a shopping mall. Easy to get anywhere in town.
