Here and there a little bit of simple maintenance would be necessary. In the first room (out of two that we were renting) doors were not locking if additional force to pull them in was not applied, in the second doors were creaking loudly. Very minor things but when having two kids running from room to room very often caused a little problem for us.

We had a good stay and we were happy staying in the center of town and amazing views from the windows. Staff in the reception were very happy to help and advise. Breakfasts were very nice.

Rude staff on the front desk. No smiles. Just feeling of “ I just work here “. Extra bed’s ridiculously small and flimsy, only good for child under maybe 8 years old. Not cheap , 300€ for night for family room with two twin beds and very narrow and small extra bed.

Good location in centre. Easy access parking hall next to it. Very very good breakfast and friendly breakfast staff. Room views very nice too. Tidy room.

Cocktails and esp mocktails at Tøtta (Tötta?) M quite overpriced. Would not be hard to outfit the family room with a room divider or curtain, ensuring privacy if needed.

Comfy beds. Friendly reception for us late (post 11PM) arrivals. Great breakfast. Perfect as stopover on the way to Tromsø or Kiruna. Narvik itself more of a quiet town though we did enjoy the Narvik Museum (railway themed). Luggage storage behind a keycard-locked door. Family room was good size. Good location between bus terminal and train station.

The breakfast area is a bit too small for such a big hotel, so it becomes easily crowded because group tourists tend to have breakfast all at the same time.

We loved the view from our window over the port. Reception staff excellent. Superb breakfast although the dining room is not really big enough when the hotel is full. The hotel is very central but it is 15 minutes uphill to the railway station.

The breakfast area is really small with crammed tables and sometimes no place to sit. The room wasnt the cleanest (plenty of old stains on the carpet). You cannot turn off the room ventilation, so we had to cover it ourselves with a blanket.

The view from the room was spectacular. Nice location close to the centre and bus stop. Big room with all amenities. Nice staff.

A little downside was that our room was located to the street, which was quite busy and noisy during the night, probably due to season there were many loud motorbikes driving until the late evening.

We had a last minute booking due to some plan changes and everything went so smoothly. Staff were very nice, welcoming. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. We stayed with 2 dogs, which was no problem even with a last minute reservation (fee for dogs is 200kr). There is easy parking in the garage below the hotel (180kr/day) there are tesla chargers available, other chargers are available in the city. Breakfast was very good! The breakfast is OK but below nordic standards,. My room was in perfect the but the corridor was worn out.

The best is the location with outstanding views, at least from the upper levels. I was in level 4and I enjoyed it. Also teh rooftop bar offering decent burgers and tapas has fantastic views, The airport bus stops at the hoitel. The rail staations is at 15 minutes walking

Everything fine.

From the hotel everything is in walking distance. We had a room with view to the port and curved windows. The panoramic view is magnificent. The breakfast buffet is tasty.
