LithuaniaWhen checking in the credit plastic card is required to be provided as a guarantee to protect against damage, like broken TV, etc. The room was a bit shabby though spacious. Tea/Coffee in coffee machine at the reception is not free of charge.
Magnificent location, not very far from the city center, easy to find. Nice terrace with tables and beautiful view. Tasty breakfast, there is even such option as porridge.

NorwayVery far from bars/pubs and good restaurants. Not a place to stay during winter months. Although breakfast is very good, for dinner I would recommend the nearby Sjøflyhavna Kro, rather than the hotel restaurant. Sjøflyhavna kro is just an average burger/ salad place, but still better... Nice outdoor area in summer months. Alternatives are Maya`s (italian) and a Suchi chain restaurant at the nearby mall. Both are average +.
Location is great in summer or if you work nearby. Otherwise, it is pretty remote from Oslo city center. However, there are regular buses, albeit in most cases you would like to combine with train from Lysaker or Skøyen. Gym is OK+ I liked nearby the shore with few people. Great in summertime

United KingdomIt's a really nice location by coast with a shopping centre a short walk for any needs. Breakfast was solid and the room was clean and comfortable. It's not close to the city centre but I knew that going in so consider that depending on how you need to get around. Staff were excellent and went out of their way to call the company that manages parking when the machine was down to sort that out for me.

GreeceFor the kids a sofa bed was provided that had a really uncomfortable mattress which we couldn’t ask to be changed due to our late arrival. Next morning this was settled but still the first night was really difficult for them. Also the rooms seem to be a bit neglected as regards maintenance. For example our bathroom door handle was about to fall off….
We came back for the third time in two years and the reasons being, nice location, excellent breakfast and really polite staff. Unfortunately we were given a room seeing the construction site nearby which did not affect our stay. Overall a nice experience

CroatiaDespite the positives, the lack of air conditioning was a significant downside. The room was uncomfortably warm, and although the staff kindly offered us a fan and some small freebies to make up for it (which we truly appreciated), it didn’t fully resolve the discomfort. Another issue was the near absence of storage in the room as there was no closet or drawers, just a desk, two chairs, and two nightstands, which made it impractical for unpacking or organizing belongings.
Scandic Fornebu made a great impression with its friendly and welcoming staff, who were attentive throughout our stay. The hotel is located in a peaceful neighborhood and is easily accessible by car, with convenient public transportation links to central Oslo. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was enjoyable, and we especially liked that outdoor seating was available. We also appreciated the generous supply of toiletries, free and fast Wi-Fi, and the fact that a receipt was provided upon request. Parking is available in a garage (though managed by a third party), which added to the convenience.

NetherlandsWe stayed in a spacious room with windows on two sides, which offered plenty of natural light. However, with temperatures reaching 30°C outside and no air conditioning—only ventilation—it became quite warm and uncomfortable inside. During breakfast, we felt that the staff were a bit too present. While we understand and appreciate the importance of keeping the area tidy, the frequent clearing of plates and cups from our table while we were still eating felt somewhat intrusive. It would be more comfortable if the tables were cleaned after guests have finished their meals, rather than during.

AustraliaThe family room was large but not very useful for a couple. The bedroom was very tight. There’s hardly any room to walk on one side. More importantly, because there is no air conditioning, sleeping in the nights was unbearable during summer hot nights. Was there for three nights. Breakfast was good. It’s located in a IT park.
