Restaurant nice but very expensive. Also they appear to have taken payment twice! This is because if you use loyalty points to pay you do it on checkout . Have contacted bank and emailed hotel . Hotel reply VERY SLOW- “ we are so busy etc” - unsatisfactory

We prepaid for breakfast but on departure day we had to leave before the restaurant opened. We asked the night before for a simple Takeaway meal and we’re told we would have to pay extra That was it right.

2 very minor things 1) A map showing entrance to nearest car park would be helpful - our SatNav found a different entrance , which was not great! 2) The lead from the kettle was not long enough to reach the socket by the refreshments tray - a small but irritating detail!

Fabulous room in a great location. Very stylish and clean. Wonderful, comfortable beds and everything in the room were to a high standard. Breakfast was superb! Good base to explore Stavanger.

When we returned from hiking, our room wasn't cleaned yet at 4 p.m. And the day before cleaning wasn't completely done, we even found the cleaning person's key left in our room. But as this hotel was quite busy those days, hopefully others had better expierience with cleaning.

Great location, close to everywhere, easy accesible with public transport, good breakfast!

Room is really small if you have two big suitcases Not happy with afternoon Sauna timing as it opens only @1700 hrs and takes an hour to warm up.

Breakfast is good, although when I stayed there 7 years back it was slightly more elaborate Location is SUPER! Views are great from the 12th floor

The hotel doesn’t have parking lot. We parked our car in nearby parking garage. If the hotel could provide a brief description and a map by email, it would be greatly helpful.

Breakfast needs little more variety as I feel it does not match to blu hotel like I had in other radisson blu hotels.

Exceptional location as all buses stop here including pulpit rock and AirPort Express bus. Near to centrum and all eateries. Clean rooms and attentive staff. Breakfast was good too.

A Bath would have been a nice option. The tea & coffee selection in the room was a bit mean. Some local info on the area would have been helpful.

It was great being so close to the train station & also the bus stop to the ferry terminal. Good proximity to the harbour & old town areas. Friendly & helpful reception staff. Nice size room & the MOST comfortable bed! Fire Lake restaurant & bar was very nice & good atmosphere in the evening - had the best fish & chips ever!

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring Stavanger. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all necessary amenities. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Stavanger.

Cleanliness could be a little better - a layer of dust was visible on the chandeliers and other places. Oherwise everything was ok.

Absolutely delicious breakfast, spacious room, comfortable bed, tea and coffee facilities in the room.
