The city was very hot and we couldn't open out windows all the way or have a fan. No vegan food for breakfast, and the hotel never got back to our message on booking.

The location was absolutely breathtaking. It's a very peaceful and quiet town. The staff was very helpful, even though there were language barriers. They have a beautiful lobby like a 5 star hotel, and a beautiful backyard to sit and enjoy the saltdalfjorden.

The staffing seemed not appropriate — there was only one person for reception and one to manage dinner buffet so was challenging to check in, get any needed support and pay for dinner and/or get drinks.

A nice hotel at the sea. We managed to change our room for the one with a sea view, very grateful for that. Amazing view from the room and the restaurant downstairs. Loved the breakfast, good choice and good quality. Nice and friendly service.

Only a buffet dinner for 399NOK was available in the restaurant on the evening I arrived. I wasn't hungry enough for a buffet, so I opted to try the Chinese restaurant down the street which cost half as much.

The location was as pretty as the pictures on their website. The room was nice and everything was clean and in order. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We needed to pack our breakfast and even that we asked for it way time ahead in the morning there was nobody on the front desk for over half hour and also didnt answered the fhones so we couldnt check out properly and gave up on the breakfast we payied for in the end after half hour of waiting we left the keys and went so we wont late to our ferry and found we were locked inside Took anothe 10 minutes to find the emergency exit

The dinner buffet was way overpriced. We paid 900 NOK for 2 adults + 1 tap beer. Food was delicious but in my opinion not worth the high price.

the only reason we didn’t give the hotel a 10 is because the town is dead in early June. all the cafes, restaurants etc at shut. the only option was a very good pizzeria 50m away from the hotel entrance. fine if you like pasta. not the hotels fault, but worth bearing mind if you are stopping here

Just the AC in front of our window were a bit loud in the night. Nothing else to complain about.

Loved the location and the service. The lobby is so beautiful. Highly recommend to stay here. Breakfast is very good. EV charger also available.

I didn't like that I had paid for a family room and I got a double room. When I tried to get the difference back I was directed to booking.com and after that I was the ping pong ball between the hotel and booking.com. The room was supposed to be with a sea view. I had a glimpse of the sea and the wall of the other part of the hotel. I'm really disappointed about this.

Please don't get me wrong. The location and the beds are good.

We had a problem on entering our room. There was human excrement on the sofa. We went to reception and the lady was on the phone. She finished her call and continued to work, ignoring us totally. Eventually after a good five minutes she looked at us. I explained the problem and she didn’t answer even when I showed her the photo. It was as if she were saying what do u want me to do about it. So I suggested that the chair was soiled and would they clean it? Still no answer. So then she gave us keys for another room. No apology no acceptance of the problem no reaction. Not good enough! An apology or concern that there is excrement on the furnishings would have been good. The staff here are the most miserable I’ve come across. The cleaning staff and the table clearer guy at breakfast, the cook were lovely. The rest are an absolute disgrace to the beautiful hotel here

Arrived on a Friday night to find the restaurant was closed and don't remember that being detailed in the description. Breakfast was disappointing bacon on top of fried eggs but not separately. Rooms were OK but could have been cleaner
