Beautiful place, magnificent view! The rooms are stylishly furnished and at the same time very functional for ski and snow tourists. Alf, the owner, and Rasmus, the cook, are very pleasant hosts. It is also worth having breakfast and dinner served by them. Rasmus' cooking is exceptionally good!

Wonderful location right by the fjord! Mr. Alf was really helpful and had some good advice on where to go skitouring despite the weather (we were a bit unlucky as it just didn't stop snowing). The room was very clean and we loved relaxing in the common/living room with a beautiful view - highly recommend this place!

Everything about the property was lovely the location was breathtaking! We went snow shoeing in the back country just behind the property a really unique experience! The property owner was kind and friendly took the time greeting us and speak with us during our stay. The chef Casper was exquisite and a pleasure to also speak with! It’s rare to come to a place as inviting and friendly and accommodating would highly recommend over and over

We were hoping the restaurant would be open but it was closed because we were there during a slow season. Would have been nice to know that before we booked however.

Unfortunately, the advertised hot tub was not in use at all during the summer season.

The location was perfect for us, the facilities were clean and tidy. Amazing place! The host was incredibly friendly and nice. It was wonderful to sleep practically on the water on the pier!

The double rooms were high quality with excellent seaside location. The owner Alf is really helpful and gives good tips for visiting the best views of Lyngen.

Lots of space, good facilities and well-equipped kitchen. It was easy to cook food for a family of 6 people and Alf was very helpful and had a good local knowledge of places worth visiting.

Shades in the living room would be nice because on the first floor there wasn’t privacy as people walked past. The kitchenette was also small and lacked some basic functionality.

Beautiful location. Very clean. Very good food for diner (at a reasonable price for Norwegian standards). Nice common area with fridge. Very quiet during our stay (in winter).

We loved staying here! The property was so serene, the views amazing. We were able to borrow some sleds and sled right outside our room. On our last night we even were able to see the northern lights from our kitchen table.

Stunning secluded location in the lyden alps. Loads of activities to do nearby. Alf even picked us up from the ferry terminal and transported us around multiple times going above and beyond. The food cooked by the onsite chef was fantastic. The facilities were great, comfortable room. We had an apartment room and it was better than seen in the images as there was a shared lounge area with just 1 other room. With meant having more space to relax after a day in the snow. Jacuzzi on the pier was a nice touch and a great ending to our stay. Felt like you were in the middle of nowhere but with the connections and comforts of today. Would highly recommend.

Amazing location - next to the sea and mountains. Place where road ends and the bus needs to turn around :) the view from the house was great, place was super clean and Alf was the top host! We had the chance to try the food served in Koppangen Brygger and I must say it was the best fish I had the chance to try in my life!

Loved it all. Just remember to pick up food supplies on your way as the shop is c25mins away. It wasn’t open on a Sunday when we arrived, so something to build in to your planning.

The location is just stunning. Uninterrupted views across the fjord. Northern lights sighting was beautiful over the water. Even when they didn’t appear, the night sky was incredible. Food was excellent - we had dinner and breakfast. House was super comfortable and a lovely place to relax after activities.

No double bed in the flat, we made do by joining twin beds together. Not a big problem :-)

Amazing views! Also extremely peaceful, with brilliantly equipped kitchen and lots of places to store outdoor gear. In very cold temperatures, our flat was always warm. The hot tub under the stars was wonderful. Finally, Alf is a fabulous host - full of local tips and info, never intrusive at all. He rents good quality xc ski equipment at very reasonable rates.

The only drawback to this property is its distance from Tromsø (2.5 hours by car), and during winter, the road can become quite slippery. But if you are happy to stay around the property itself, there is still plenty to do.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the 4-bedroom house. It offers a breathtaking view that truly elevates the stay, providing a stunning backdrop to the entire experience, particularly for observing the Northern lights. The host Alf is accommodating in helping to get groceries before our arrival and arranging the husky sledding experience, etc. His friendliness adds a layer of comfort, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable getaway.

We prepared all meals at the property. Would’ve been even more perfect if we were able to fry food in the shared kitchen or use two pots simultaneously. We managed to cook well, used our trangia outside to fry while pasta was cooking inside :)
